Busy but they were moving quickly! Successfully hand cancelled our wedding invites.

The first time ever using postal services beyond mailing a certified letter was amazing! I decided to DIY our EDDM for our restaurant. The postmaster did and amazing job explaining to me the INS and outs of mailing them ! He really took his time with me and was excited to share his knowledge which was amazing! Our mailer campaign has been amazing!!!

Had an issue with 2 of my packages no scanning in. Jamie was incredibly helpful and patient with me to be able to correct necessary errors. She was able to get everything sent off in a timely manner as well.

This Post Office was the first location I’ve been to while growing up in Kennesaw and they generally have pretty good service here! You can get your passport renewed here and get your picture taken for the passport! I have not had an issue here while getting mail and getting my passport renewed! The staff are helpful and willing to help!

I just got back from my appointment to get my passport. I want to say Donna was so incredibly nice and kind to me! I accidentally used blue-black ink to fill out the forms instead of black (clearly I didn't pay attention to those directions). When I learned of my error I was super apologetic but she kept reassuring me it was fine and not to rush. She has a very calming energy about her and I am so grateful my interaction with her was part of the start to my day. Thank you, Donna! All of the staff I observers this morning were kind, friendly, and very helpful.

***ATTENTION*** I must say this was by far the best experience I've ever had with members of the Postal community. I purchased 235 stamps about 20mins to closing time. The team then offered to assist me place the stamps on my postcards so that I could be finished in time. This was by far over and beyond any expectation I could have had. I want to salute the team and know that you will now receive all of my business. Simple gestures go a long way. Thank you.

I just walked in the door to mail a package, and there was a very friendly employee helping a customer use the self service machine right inside the door. When they were done she asked me if I had ever used the machine, which I hadn’t, so she said “I’ll show you!” She quickly walked me through it, and took my package inside when I was done. She also gave me a few tips in case I happen to run into any issues with the machine in the future. I was in and out in maybe 4 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was lovely and extremely helpful! I was expecting to be here for at least 15 minutes waiting in line for the counter, so I really appreciate her!

I had been trying to get a money order cashed to me for about two weeks before I came I to this post office. The workers there were exceptionally kind and understanding of my situation and offered to call me when they had the money, since it was a large amount. Getting impatient, I drove back out there before they called and luckily they had the money. The gentlemen helped me quickly and was very nice. I'd hand downs recommend to everyone!

My husband and I went to do our passport application here. We had a great experience. The lady was friendly and professional. I cannot say about the regular postal workers, but they did all greet us with smile.

Moved here from NC a couple years ago and have never had a problem. Always helpful and friendly staff. When I missed my passport apt. the lady told me where I can go as a walk-in. When it comes to sending/receiving packages I have never had a problem. I think some ppl writing these reviews are getting them mixed up with UPS...

Be probably was the most helpful lady ever! Everyone is so nice here and worked with us. Be was very informative and sweet! Glad to see the post office is still efficient.

The people in this particular post office were exceptionally helpful and really friendly. They found a very important gov’t letter with return service requested that was undeliverable, because of a twist in a number of my address. They went through a humongous amount of mail, found my letter and our awesome usps lady delivered it to me with a huge smile on the next day. Thank you! You saved me so much hassle and a long delay!

Arrived here in the 3 o'clock hour--likely after 3:30pm--to apply for my passport. Applications are processed until 4pm, and the staff there--despite probably not being super stoked about my arrival time--were great! They checked all my documents and got me in and out of there within 15 minutes, I kid you not! Very quick, efficient & knows their stuff!

Never had an issue here. Sometimes you have to wait. Be patient. These people have to deal with the public. But I've never had an issue with anyone being rude. They have always helped me, even saved me money by suggesting a cheaper way to ship!

Wow. The three associates working the counter were so friendly and helpful to everyone. This was my first time visiting this location but I will be back. And Donna you rock thanks for all your help.

I had a 2-3 package that was lost and one of the staff personally gave me her cell, took my name down and called me the moment my package arrived! Who does that? Only people that really care about those around them and the staff at this P.O. are top notch and second to none!

Greeted with smiles when I walked in. Bright and clean facility. The line moved fast, less than 5 minutes wait for me.

Never had an issue and I go there often. Very nice and quick staff, they even smile! ;). If you guys want to see rude customer service, go to the post office on Howell Mill in Atlanta.

Customer service is great, friendly however most reviews are terrible due to people ranting about USPS as a business but not this specific location. The staff is efficient and wonderful. However the lobby is not open 24 hours which is deceiving with the listed hours. But the po boxes are always open.
