The digital check-in process was my only minor complaint because it didn't process my insurance card and there isn't anyone at the desk, but the working doing my blood draw was able to resolve this in the system.
I went in for lab work and I know I can be a difficult draw. The lady helping me allowed me to advocate for what I needed to not get poked multiple times. The whole process was quick, friendly, and relatively painless.

Came in today over an hour ago and had to get blood drawn for the first time for my 6 year old daughter. She was quite nervous. I am thankful we got Becky to do the blood draw as she did incredible with my daughter. If I could give her a raise I would as she was absolutely 100% perfect today. Thank you!

This place is fantastic! Easy to check-in with the new check-in process. Fast. I was here twice this week and both times I was in and out in under 20 min. All the employees there are courteous, helpful, kind and professional. Both times I did not feel the needle going into my vein, that’s how good they are. And my doctor got the results in 2 days. Very happy with their service. Thanks.

Jake was so friendly! He was also the best phlebotomist I've met! He made me not even feel it! It was so weird. And he knew exactly how to help talk me through my needle phobia. Great man and great at what he does! I will definitely be making sure I come when he's working if I need to for my labs!

Very good experience. I was a walk- in but don’t think I waited more than 2 or 3 minutes. The lab was very clean and the lady who helped me was a pro. No pain and no bruise. I will definitely be back when I need more labs.

They did a great job with my 20 month old’s blood draw! They even sang to her while they did it and had lots of prizes and stickers. So glad her pediatrician told me to go to this clinic!

I LOVE how spacious Labcorp is! My last Dr office had a lab that had no windows and was the size of a closet. It is hard to get blood from me! My veins are deep and like to roll I have been told. I saw a pregnant lady named Amanda! She was fabulous! My Dr never sent her the test info that she needed in order to know what tests to do. She was super nice about calling my Dr upstairs and having the order faxed. She was great company to talk to! She got blood from me on her 1st try! I was very impressed! I recommend this place to EVERYONE! Give Amanda some special props! She even said to me #Ain't no hood like motherhood#! Lol it was a good conversation as we waited for the Dr orders! Give this amazing woman a raise!!!

Got us through quickly, my 8 year old needed blood drawn and Alex did an awesome job! He was very careful taking blood and made my daughters experience great! I don't think she will ever be afraid again! She was really terrified of needles from past experiences and he made sure she was comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The lab tech at this location is always friendly and is extremely skilled. I never feel a thing when she inserts the needle to draw blood. Also, I usually don't have to wait very long but that could be because I go first thing in the morning. At any rate, I've never had a bad experience at this location.

I don’t know why this place has gotten such bad feedback. I’ve gone here numerous times over several years now and have always had a great experience. Pretty sure I’ve even had to take one of my kids in. The workers have always been kind. I just had to go in today and love the new online appt option! I was able to check in ahead and not even use their kiosk once there. I snagged a 8:30 slot 45 minutes before and was able to check in on my phone as I walked in and hardly sat down before being called. The gal taking my blood was so quick. I’ve had her multiple times before and she’s always been very kind. Even with giving a urine sample I was in and out within 15 minutes! I definitely attribute this to the fact that it was first thing and I got my appt made ahead.

I was a little worried about having my blood drawn here due to the negative reviews, but everything was great! Super easy in and out and the phlebotomist who did the draw was efficient and friendly. Zero complaints!

Really amazing with kids!

The labs don't seem to be connected via computer so you have to know which off the order was sent to. It's a pain.
