My expectations if what was needed for my appt we different and I was initially irritated. The staff were calm and worked with me to figure it out. They were amazing and I am grateful for their calm attitudes in my stressful situation

Ricky, Cookie, and their boss, as well as all the staff have been wonderful.

I had my 3 hour glucose test today, and last night I ended up spraining my ankle really bad. We’ll be being stubborn wanted to get this done so my husband brought me in and we wobbled into Quest with some crutches. Then afterwards I went to urgent care.

Ricky and Cookie noticed what had happened and they gave me so many instant ice packs to use until the 3 hours were up and some to even take home. They even on the last two draws let me sit in the lab chair that reclines because the first draw I became very light headed and nauseas as well as the feeling of passing out. and they were very supportive. Cookie went to go get her boss to see if we should proceed which we did do, due to me feeling better. They have been so amazing and so supportive and helpful with everything. I appreciate you guys a bunch and highly recommend quest for any draws or even glucose testing. ❤

I went to an appointment with QTC Medical for an Exam and Testing. When taking my blood, they missed the veins in both arms 9 times with the use of 3 nursing providers. I was then sent to downtown spokane Quest Diagnostics to have a different provider draw my blood. Sienna tried once with no complications and easily got the bloodwork we needed. Both Sienna and Ricardo were incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding. I was blown away with how amazing they were with such a great bedside manner.

The lab tech was so professional and very efficient. She was friendly and I didn’t even feel being stuck for my labs. Very patient with me as I was unable to urinate for a UDS for pre employment for over an hour and a half.

Unfortunately can't remember the young ladies name that drew my blood. She was absolutely wonderful. She made an experience that I don't usually enjoy pretty pleasant.

Online scheduling is extremely easy and convenient. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great place if you need labs. Also they validate parking!

Very skilled staff. I have very small veins but the technicians here are very skilled : not only do they find the right spot the first time but I hardly even feel the poke! Thanks.

Ricardo was the phlebotomist and was extremely professional and quick. I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics.

Just had a blood draw, had absolutely zero problems. I made a 1:45p appointment but showed up about 30 minutes early. Check in was quick and easy. I was taken back almost immediately despite being pretty early. Kymber did a great job on the blood draw - I didn't even feel it - and she was nice to boot. Granted, they were obviously very un-busy at this time, and I don't quite expect that level of service all the time, but the whole process was really good as far as medical/health care appointment tend to go.

Thought I’d share since there are a lot of negative reviews and I had a quick and easy experience. Drawing blood is never fun since I have an unhealthy fear of needles. Gwen drew my blood and she was great asking me questions to keep my mind off the needle. I made an appointment and was seen at that time. I had some trepidation about whether they had my blood draw orders or not since my doctor is from out of state and I had to drive 2 hours to get here. I couldn’t find a way to call ahead to see if they had my orders but my doctor said they sent them and Quest had them when I arrived.

Oh my goodness, I totally recommend this place 100%. The day I went in I was totally dreading getting my blood drawn, usually it's really hard for them to get it from me. But then there she was,😁 her name is Sara, she was a great phlebotomist she was sweet, confident, and very professional. Sara got me on the first try and made my experience pleasurable. Because of her I will no longer put off having to give blood samples for my doctor. Thank you Sara

10/10 love Jenn at Qwest! She has the best, warm, and welcoming attitude. This is my second go around having my baby born with the Spokane obgyns and I don’t remember if I had Jenn do my blood work 4 years ago here.. but this pregnancy she has been the only one and she is so amazing! She’s relatable and so kind and understanding. I have my glucose test this morning and if she wasn’t working I could sit and talk with her for hours! She is great at what she does and I pray she is recognized for her kindness and hard work 🥰

Had my blood drawn here a couple weeks ago and was extremely anxious as I have tiny veins and have had horrifying experiences getting my blood drawn in the past (none at quest). There was a short wait and then it was over before I knew it! The phlebotomist was very kind and reassuring that I would be okay and that I had great veins. She poke me once and I didn't even feel it and then it was over. Very thankful that I had a good experience here and will definitely use quest whenever I need blood work done.

I don't understand all the griping reviews because I was brought right back for the lab draw with zero wait and treated with friendliness and respect. The phlebotomist was extremely careful to double-check her computer entries against the lab order that I brought in to prevent errors. I had a huge draw (ten vials) and got close to fainting but the staff brought me water and cold compresses, helped fan me until I could recover. Excellent lab with truly nice folks working there. I will use this location gladly again for future labs.

Read the bad reviues was aprehenseve. First had trouble with the check-in a nurse came out and helped me, was late for my appoitment was put on walkin status had to wait less than ten minutes.,interacted with three different people all where profesional, there is a charge to park in structure but they validate parking. I found in my case all the negative revues wrong had a great visit

Was sent here for a blood test by my dermatologist and was skeptical at first. I would have thought I would be doing in house or going to a medical center. Well I went and signed in waited 2 minutes maybe and was asked to come back. The phlebotomist was in full protective gear aside from a mask and hair net. She asked if I was ok in a sitting position or if I needed to lay down and if I had a preference about which arm (I don’t). I have good veins so it was quick and easy with the normal pain any blood draw would cause. The phlebotomist was pleasant and we chatted while she was taking the blood. The facility was clean and easy to find, my one critique would be the parking but it’s downtown not much you can do to fix that! Bottom line yes I would recommend and wouldn’t have an issue returning.

I should mention that they collect your card information before the blood draw as preapproval for the cost of the blood test and I was told you could see the charge in 2 to 6 weeks depending on what insurance says you owe. So if you have a problem with that, maybe use your normal health facility.

My experience was great. Just having trouble getting a hold of this location so they can check for my work ID badge in the lost and found. No way to talk to a person on the menu. Likely because they don't want people calling for results constantly, but still a bit frustrating that I'll have to make the trip to ask if they possible have it!

Great new safe atmosphere and as always great staff.

I was a little concerned after reading so many negative reviews about Quest Diagnostics, especially during this pandemic. But overall, I found this this place to be great. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and their care. Not a long wait time at all nor was the place crowed and the appointment making process was very easy. They provided gloves, wipes, and hand sanitizer for the sign in IPad and it was a very clean place. I wouldn't mind coming here again for I ever needed to.

I have had my blood drawn here three or four times. Painless blood draw, nice staff, and a relatively short wait. They also always have your lab order in the computer if you didn't remember your paper copy.
