A very professional, family Christian based company; for fitness and nutrition. Always going above and beyond from excellent customer service and friendliness to nicely stocked inventory and choice selections of quality products ( they also live with community values and offer shelf space for local products for supporting the growth of other local businesses) They even provided some tasty samples at times and made the atmosphere very engaging and comfortable. All around a great place to stop in and buy something.

The owner Shawn is a beast, love his energy he’s a great guy and the store is very clean and efficient. Definitely recommend going.

They have a ton of awesome stuff at Undisputed for people of all fitness levels. But you really go back for Sean and his pops, they're stand up guys and I would rather support a local business every time. Feeling welcomed for the 5 minutes I spend in there every month or so goes a very long way.

Had the best time at Undisputed Nutrition, Shrewsbury, MA. As you get older and being a cancer survivor Magnesium is important (for everyone). A couple of young guys were in there making a purchase of their nutrition products. I could not find Magnesium because I forgot my glasses. The older guy - not more than 30 years old - offered to help me decide while the guy behind the register was ringing them up. He was so nice - helped me find exactly what I needed at a great price - it made me happy. It got even better, the man working the register turned out to be the owner, Shawn Loiseau, who grew up in Shrewsbury and played for the NFL, turns out it was his Dad, said he was 81 (surely didn't look it). I was just about to leave and his proud Dad was telling me about him - then Shawn pulled up - I said I didnt want to ask for his autograph for my son-in-law because it was tackey, but his Dad so, no he loves and would be more than happy to provide one. The place is really cool - offers all sorts of services and healthy cans of body building powder, vitamins, power bars. Worth stopping by and having a little fun! Susan, 71 year old and going strong. Just came in for the first time, really welcoming and great experience. He was extremely helpful with my questions and goals. The pricing is also the generously low. Felt good walking out of the store feeling taken care of and educated.

I bought a used exercise bike from Undisputed Nutrition. The owner was a nice guy and easy to chat with while I looked over the equipment. He also helped me make a few quick adjustments and with getting it loaded into my vehicle.

Shawn is very knowledgeable and only sells you what you need and if you are ever on the fence about a product he'll give it to you free and if it works then you can start buying it from him. He's never just after you money. Very honest. His father is awesome too. Very helpful. Support small business.

Great customer service! I had a friend purchase a weight belt here for me and it ended up being the wrong size. I live out of state and called Shawn to ask him about a return. He let me know he would honor a return and send a replacement out to me and even pay for shipping. I sent the belt in a received a replacement shortly. You can tell Shawn cares about his customers.

You will not get better customer service or in depth knowledge of all their products and supplements anywhere else!! Shawn is a wonderful person. He truly cares about his customers and he will remember you when you go back! Prices are awesome, and I love how he has everything you need without carrying too many variations of the same thing, which can be overwhelming to someone like me who will sit there and read every label 5 times before giving up and picking a random product lol. This was my first time going to undisputed Nutrition. This will be my new goto, for all my fitness and nutritional needs.
I went in with my grandson to pick up a piece of equipment. Shawn the owner and his father were more than helpful and friendly.
They really made a wonderful impression on my 4 year grandson..He gloated all the way home that he was stronger and his muscles were bigger.

Shawn Loiseau and his wife and Pudgy are some of the greatest human beings alive. When I was deployed, Shawn shipped supplements to me in the middle east! He helped me get back into shape. He has become a friend now and he is a great guy who runs a great shop.
