Ok the 5 stars are for Mike the general manager and Rebecca. We bought a 2020 Freightliner Cascadia. We had some issues but Mike stood behind his word and got everything taken care of. Also Mike came in on his day off to deliver our truck. Rebecca helped us through the process of getting us a good deal. And most everything was done via email or phone call. Rebecca done and great job. As far as the Freightliner Dealership that this Select Trucks is affiliated with didn't do half the things they said they did. For example they said they did a 144 point inspection and a DOT inspection. But the things found wrong would have been found and fixed if they truly would have done both of the inspections. Also the cleaning on this truck was terrible.

Ive bought 2 trucks in the last 6 years from Rebecca and she is the best. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly on the truck. Anyone looking for a good used truck i highly recommend Rebecca at selec trucks

I honestly experienced for the first time people that actually cared about there jobs and my well being. Rebecca Bowman was absolutely great in my entire process with my truck purchase. Not only that. Went over and beyond that all my needs was met and never left me for dry. That gave me the trust and satisfaction. My truck is great and haven’t had any issues. Back in 2016 I was looking to buy my first truck. Nervous, excited and full of emotions. I wasn’t on that journey alone. Rebecca Bowman was with me every step of the way. We went through at least 10 trucks before we found the one that was perfect for me. Although I used a third party lender and she expressed her concern, she stayed with me every step of the way. And also explained the importance of the warranty which covered itself when my one box needed to be replaced later that year. She was more than a saleswoman. She is family. Thank you!!!

My sales rep Rebecca and Mike in finance were excellent. I was nervous transitioning from company driver to owner operator and knew my equipment needed to be solid. The process was easy and pressure free. I got exactly what I wanted based on my budget and equipment needs. I am getting my first oil change and pm next door 15000 miles later and wanted to share my experience . I have not had a single issue or check engine light and couldn't be happier. I also purchased the freightliner backed warranty which truly separates SelecTrucks from the rest.

I reached out to select trucks of New England after a long journey trying to replace our 1996 western star with a newer updated western star. We were going through the port of new york truck replacement program. The very second I spoke to Rebecca Bowman she was up for the challenge which included getting Select trucks approved as a dealer for the PO NY/NJ. She worked very hard and always kept me informed along the way. There is no better Truck salesperson then Rebecca in our opinion. She is extremely professional and the only person we would rely on when making such a large important purchase, everyone at select trucks is amazing to work with. 2 years ago Rebbeca at Selectrucks of New England helped me get my first truck. She also suggested a warranty. BEST MONEY EVER SPENT. I had few issues to get my truck repaired and to be honest between the dealer and the warranty department their were giving me the running around I spoke with Rebecca Bowman she took care of my issue right away So there was no place to go other than to Rebbeca for my next truck and YES a warranty on it too. Thank you Rebecca you are the best

In my opinion Rebecca took her time out to answer all questions and help in as much way as possible. All dealers are there to make money not give away stuff for free! But getting good customer service, treated nicely doesnt happen usually! So far im glad with what i got if all stays fine i will return to buy another!
