I've dealt with many Mazda dealers in the past, but the manager, Daniel Perez, is the only reason I continue to come back to Wayne Mazda. His professionalism, his tact, and most of all, his honesty is invaluable in this industry.

If you own a Mazda, you need Daniel in your life!

I purchased a car from here. Since I purchased the car, I also had basical maintenance done. To my surprise, oil changes were free; always free, since I purchased the car with them. The service department is the fastest I've ever dealt with. I have a Dodge and considering my Dodge dealership on 46 has horrible customer service and no respect for any of the vehicles that go on for service, I will now bring that car here too for maintenance.
Bonus points: the employees are friendly, they try and make you as comfortable as they can as you wait for your vehicle and they constantly communicate.

Today I went to Mazda and Wayne New Jersey to have my seat covers put on and the man at the counter reminded me about the routine service everyone is super kind and courteous at Wayne Mazda I had the best customer service experience that I ever had any dealership. And Hyundai in Paramus is super awesome great customer service as well. The facility was super clean very relaxing atmosphere. I would personally like to thank the entire staff at Wayne Mazda. I would personally recommend anyone looking for a vehicle in the local area from Morris county all the way down to Wayne and local towns around Wayne to go to Wayne Mazda awesome service

Hi everyone I recently left a review that did not correctly reflect the experience I received at WAYNE MAZDA SERVICE. I live in NYC and travel to WAYNE to have my vehicle serviced. Why? The service is good even though I get charged $1500 before anything is done for a 30,000 mile service. I called today for an oil change appointment and was told the earliest available date is January of next year! Is this for real?

Had a fun trip to Mazda today; "Home of the '3 hour oil change'". [It] started with a bit of confusion about my car and the agent, but he stepped away to clear it up. In my experience at Wayne Mazda, there really is always something, unless Q was there, than things went smoothly. Unsure if he still works there.

Anyway, whilst my super agent was away solving the issue, I commented to the other workers on how it's "always something" . To which "Dave" replied, "then why do you keep coming here?".
A fair question, I admit, to which I responded, "because I get free oil changes".

Now, Dave, I know that side of the counter is tough, but bro, you gotta reign it in. Dave followed up with a head shake, which I pointed out was unnecessary, so he lowered it to more manageable, "low grade irritation" shake. Thanks for that,

Being a training manager for retail, I'm offering you a freebie: maybe there's a reason. Perhaps, if you're interested enough to open your mouth, have something constructive to lead with. "What has gone on in the past? Why do you feel this way?" This is what's known as customer service. If you don't care to go the extra few blocks in that conversation, don't engage. However, if your mouth often moves faster than your brain, and we've all been there, develop some ready to go answers. You know, the industry standards, such as, (my situation as an example), an easy rephrase - i.e. "what keeps you coming back?". This satiates your abrasive curiosity, while simultaneously diffusing a situation. Now, you have engaged the customer, while showing a level of interest in their needs. Don't worry, you don't need to actually care. These phrases are designed to sound like you do, even when you may not. Fear not for the tough ones! They work for all levels of situation management.

I wish you the best in your humanity training, as well as with that guy you were flirting with over the "computer screen size". We all know it's not about the screen, just ask him out.

Also, a heads up to the guys with the new hair cuts. One of the two looks great and it may or may not be the guy who tried to go back to his clients while the other replied, "no, they can wait", to discuss his pet peeve.

Lastly, I appreciate the free car wash but was not thrilled that my bonus mirror was magically in my cup holder after it. Mazda fan here but those blind spots are wicked bad.

This all being said, other than my salesman trying to sell me coke while I was there, Lodi is a better location in my opinion.

The lady I made an appointment with was extremely unfriendly on the phone and gave me an appointment 2 months later. I went for the service today and they didn't even wash the car despite it being entered on the invoice

Very disappointed when messed my car from Wayne some me on getting free oil changes . When call to make appointment the can’t take you for over a month. I will never lease a Mazda again especially from Wayne Mazda due to there service dept. very disappointed that they don’t have availability sooner then over a month good thing I am not having a problem. Very disappointed
