Maple House

I was quite surprised by the quality of coffee I had at Maple House. Google Maps had been recommending I check it out for so long that when I was in the neighborhood, I made a point to stop by. I've driven past here on a weekend before and it always seems very lively. Today I had the pleasure of witnessing a quieter Maple House which, despite its lack of people, delivered a fantastic cup of takeaway mocha. I can't wait to try their spiced mocha next time and sit in for a brunch meal and my cherished reading time. 😊📖

I love the addition of new cafes and restaurants in Downtown Chandler! This place is incredibly cute, especially for just a casual meet-up with friends or to study.

My husband and I stopped by to just try it out, and it was pretty busy on a Sunday morning. I ordered us Raspberry White Mocha over ice, their truffle egg salad sandwich, and grilled cheese.

The interior is very trendy, and social media cute, and outside (front and back), they have more seating and a corn hole area.

I suspect that once our summer nights are in full swing, this will be a busy spot.

We ordered our items to go, and the wait was pretty long, so if you're I'm a hurry, it's best to try some place else.

I enjoyed their food! My husband really liked their grilled cheese but found their egg salad sandwich too tangy. I liked the egg salad sandwich, and I typically don't order egg salad sandwiches: it was a nice citrus/mustard tang that complimented the truffle.

I recommend stopping by and giving it a go!

This place is super fun, cozy. So glad to have it in Downtown Chandler. Great place to meet up with friends. Clearly the word is out, and it is usually pretty busy. There's indoor seating, and it's also perfect in nice weather with a ton of outdoor options, tables, Adirondack chairs, fire pits, fireplace. The staff are friendly. Great vibe!
Have only had coffee (latte, cappuccino) here so far but plan to come for other adult beverages (lots of great looking beers on tap, wine) and looking forward to live acoustic music! Great job, Gavin and team!

A welcomed addition to the amazing downtown Chandler area. Very chic coffee house with an atmosphere that is suited for you and your friends to hang out and enjoy the weather. Delicious coffee and treats, with something for everyone. Be sure to try a pastry with your morning latte. Wide selection of draft beers and wines as well.

I enjoyed the Maple House for coffee & breakfast with my son & daughter in law. The coffee options were amazing, so many wonderful combinations. We shared a pasty, breakfast sandwich & avocado toast…all were delicious. It was open seating - we opted for outside. I’d recommend it!

This is a great spot to chill and work/study in the mornings and afternoons, or to meet up with friends later in the day over beer or wine! I had the chocolate almond croissant, pricey at $12, but it was so delicious! The dirty chai was very good as well. Lots of outdoor seating, not quite enough umbrellas to go around on a hot day, but very cute nonetheless! There's street parking nearby.

The atmosphere of this place is calm and relaxing. It’s a great place to study or to gather with friends for drinks. The outside has an expansive area with fireplaces to enjoy with company. The inside has a very nice bar and the inside tables feature wireless charging for your phones with outlet availability. Great new addition to DT Chandler! This place offers small bites, beer, wine, and coffee. The only complaint I have is that the inside is freezing. They do not close the doors so every time I go, it’s very uncomfortable to want to stay and freeze to death. I think this is fine for warmer weather but please please please consider heating the inside. I can nearly see my breath! Parking is also horrible.

Cute addition to Downtown Chandler!! Love the farmhouse chic vibe. Loved the coffee I ordered, which was the Brown sugar coconut. I hope to see them expand their food menu a bit more.

Excellent place. Super fast and friendly service. Very nicely decorated. Indoor, outdoor and bar seating. Good selection of beers and wine.

Such a pretty place! The girls working were very nice and accommodating. I got the brown sugar coconut latte, it was delicious! Great atmosphere with fires going outside and really good music in the background.

Ambiance perfect, so cute. Lots of cozy patio nooks and fireplaces, pits. Really cute spot. Coffee was decent. I feel like a new coffee spot has to find their niche and grounding. But it was good. Friendly baristas. I had the Little Lottie Latte (pistachio and white chocolate.) really lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Lots of surrounding street parking.

You can’t beat the ambience at Maple House- especially on a cool winters day in AZ. Love the vibe and the breakfast sandwich is a must. I’ve only tried the drip coffee and it’s good. Pastries are amazing, yet a bit over priced. If you are in the Chandler area, give this place a try!

I have been here to have a cup of coffee and work for a bit. This place has really good calm atmosphere for anyone who wants to have a cup of coffee or study.
They have backyard and front yard open for patrons to sit and hang out.

I had the hot Matcha latte with oat milk. Very good a little on the sweet side but it’s doable. My sister had a honey lavender latte. It’s perfect the flavors there the atmosphere is delicious.

What a lovely place filled with lovely people, the coffee is good, I would recommend the flat white coffee (espresso and steamed milk) and top it with a bit of cinnamon.

The service is incredible, so far, across multiple visits, I have received excellent service from, Cat, Ella,, Lena, and Rayne from the front of house.

I had the pleasure of meeting two back of house fellows Jace and Luca who are hard workers who go above and beyond picking stuff up.

chairs are comfy and the charging ports are plentiful.

Real hidden gem in Chandler downtown. It’s a lovely coffee shop. We tried cappuccino, cortado, espresso and chai latte. All of them tasted great! Very nice ambience and friendly staff.

The pastries here were some of the best I've ever had! Coffee drinks were well made. Lots of seating, super cool outdoor spaces and fun vibe all round. We got there early and had first choice of the place, but in an hour it was full of people having a great time.

Super cool place located in downtown Chandler. You’re going to love spending your time outdoors here. Front and back, for sure!

Excellent new coffee house / wine spot in downtown Chandler. They have a little something for everyone, with food, sweets, coffee, beer, wine and refreshing cocktails. It is a great community space, with lots of group seating options around fires or at large tables. Looks like they have a space out back that could be used for live shows, though I have not seen one there yet.

One of my favorite spots to study/work in Chandler. The pastries are absolutely delicious and there is a great variety of coffee, beer and wine for any beverage need - all high quality. They have bar seating or booth tables inside to set up a laptop and work/study with plenty of plugs or a beautiful outdoor area with comfy options to soak up the sun!

When I go I love to sit inside to work on my laptop and enjoy their indoor/outdoor concept next to the large doorways to their back area. Such a great addition to downtown Chandler!
