Callie Larsen of Lease End Servicing has done a phenomenal job! She set up my new loan very smoothly despite a number of problems with the documentation and having to work with a lender that turned out to be not very organized or efficient. She has traced down lost paperwork, account errors and "flaky" loan officers while keeping me advised of every step along the way. She has repeatedly "gone the extra mile" in providing service and ironing our problems, even helping me to tie up loose ends when I moved my car loan away from a lender that proved to be unsatisfactory. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants reliable, efficient guidance in setting up a loan and correcting any problems that might pop up.

I have dealt with Callie a few times when my leases have ran out. I have been around the car Industry and finance most of my life, I have never had quite the experiences with no finance officer or banker like I have with Callie, she always goes above and beyond on helping her customers. I have never done business and had never heard of them until they began texting me about the end of a Hyundai Tucson lease that doesn't exist. The first contacts were directed to my ex-husband who has never owned nor leased a Hyundai Tucson per verification by him. When you search the number the texts come from, there's no information that would otherwise indicate legitimacy, which lead me to initially ignore the texts after blocking the number. However, apparently blocking a number doesn't block text messages from said number. Due to the spam/scam nature of the texts and sheer volume of scammers out there, I did not open the texts at first but when I finally did, the internal call back number is different from the text number and traced back to this company. I truly hope the opt out info worked because being spammed by text message about a lease that doesn't exist within my family or ex-family is obnoxious and highly concerning.

Unsolicited texting is bad form. Only good part is that they spent their money to acquire my personal information AFTER I turned in my lease!

These people lost my Title for almost a year. They sent it in with the wrong tax amount, so it was rejected, they sent it to the wrong state's DMV, and then they just flat out lost it and had to get a duplicate title. I wanted to sell my car for almost a year but couldn't. You don't need to get these people involved. I should have gone to the dealer instead.
