The service was amazing! Patrick helped us out aswell as giving us multiple deals. They are super friendly and inviting in the place. All of the products are of good quality. 10/10 would recommend! definitely coming back for another visit.

I’ve been coming to Pat for well over two years now and I love the family he shares his business with great prices and friendly customer service. Only pitfall is I come by frequently and they have the doors locked and open sign dim when their website claims they are operating until 9:30pm. I loyally and exclusively shop Pats wares so it can be inconvenient at times but the pros far outweigh the cons of this pristine mom and pop smoke shop.

The service at Chill is a cut above the rest because the owners work there. We got all our questions answered in a professional manor. Not sure why we have haters leaving bad reviews here as the service is great. We found Chill has innovative new products like Kava coco and Kratom Lemonade and the 30mg gummies that we love.

This shop was amazing !!!!! The owner Patrick was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get me and my friend exactly what we wanted and helped find what we actually needed. They are extremely knowledgeable about there products and are enthusiastic about teaching you about them! I will not be going anywhere else from now on I recommend 200% go check them out you will not be disappointed.

This smoke shop is absolutely the best in town. The customer service is through the roof. I got all my dab accessories here and never had any issues with my products. The prices are also the best around. I go here weekly for my butane.

I live near by and I come here with my roommate and husband regularly. We bought a really cool pink Stundenglass gravity bong at a great price and it has become our household favorite. Any time we consider buying a new piece, we always consult these guys. Chances are, they'll have a great deal on what we're looking for, or a better recommendation. :)

boy, do I have a story I’ve been on the hunt for the ooze slim 2.0 battery for about a week specifically in the rainbow iridescent color nobody’s had it I’ve been to over 15 smoke shops. I came in to chill not really thinking they would have it and I met Bob, Bob was awesome and he was able to get in my battery after three days. I love it it’s the best battery I’ve ever used!! the customer service at chill is amazing. I’ve never been to a smoke shop I’ve been more comfortable at a than this one! Ditch your old smoke shop and go to chill.

Best Customer Service I have ever gotten at a vape shop! My boyfriend and I have traveled around the country, coast to coast and never have had as good of an experience as we had here. The employee working, Patric (I think was his name but I could be wrong), was so kind and genuinely helpful when we explained what we were looking for. We didn’t feel rushed and felt like the suggestions were earnest. He also helped me with a problem I’ve been having with my vape pen that I got from a different store. 10/10 recommend!

Honestly, this place is the spot! If you ever need recommendations, honest opinions, new gadgets for your little smokey time, THIS IS IT! The owners are always look for the new and baddest things on the market and take their customer service to a new level! Excellent Customer service from this Newly Budding Company. The owner Patrick is beyond helpful. The store has cute set up and is immaculate. There is easy access from Warner Rd. There are a couple shops like this around this area but its so worth it to stop here first.

Not being extra but this shop is seriously a gem. There’s not many spots I’d go out of my way to return to but these guys are doing things right. They checked all the important factors for me; Quality glass and genuinely unique at that, personable owners who actually understand their products, and a genuine care for the customer.
