I stopped in for a little help with my Fish finder. An employee named (Chase) immediately came to my assistance. He was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me resolve my questions.

My first time in West Marine. I walked in the door and Tabitha said can I point you in any direction. I knew I was in the right place then. So I walked over to The anchor section and there's where I met Bryan And what a pleasure that was he is so knowledgeable about anything and everything that I ask about and was so truthful. He saved me so much money by telling me what the product did and what other products do. I am so pleased for West Marine. So I finished with Bryan and went to the cashier and there's where I ran into Tabitha again she was such a pleasure friendly and helpful. I was about to walk out the door when the manager come over and thank you for coming in. Wow five stars all the way around

Came in to look around while my truck was getting new tires put on next door. Found some good deals on clothes. Very huge selection of gear.

Got exactly what I needed with no hassle. We tried another Big outdoor store, spent house driving back and forth with no luck. West Marine will be our first call for all our boating needs from now on!!

I love West Marine! Yes, tge prices can be a bit higher than Wally-World, but, ask a Wally-World employee what PFD you need for off-shore use and see a blank stare come back at you!

The customer service at these stores is what really makes them shine. You pay a bit more, but if you have any problem, they will fix it.

I have found what I need when going in nearly every time. It is great to have a boating store as ordering this stuff online wouldn’t be ideal as I am still learning.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Cindy helped me find 3 life jackets to fit my children. She spent time letting them try them on, making sure the fit was good. I was very thankful for the knowledgeable care.

Polite helpful staff with an outstanding selection of all things boat. One of the best return policies on the West marine brand items. Not cheap though, but it also won't fall apart easily. Highly recommend.

Lauren is absolutely wonderful! I have been looking for a particular item and couldn't find it anywhere. She truly went out of her way to help me and get me the item I have been searching for. I have been a Bass Pro shopper for years, but I will shop with West Marine from here on out because of the exceptional service I received from Lauren! Thank you!!

Thanks Bryan for your help. Clean. Orderly. Organized. West Marine in general is very expensive, and there's no getting over that.
I have but one small nit pick... The lighting wasn't the best. Now, the lighting was great in some sections but lacking in others. That's a very small nit pick. Definitely going back.
