Very delicious coffee. Made the hike from expressway on a rainy day so worth it. Cozy coffee shop with excellent service.

Love. This. Place. It’s becoming a new favorite for me. Peaceful, not yet a busy establishment and the staff is really nice and happy to make drinks just the way you like. I will definitely be a frequent customer here as I’ve tried a few of their coffee and none have disappointed. Also, great if you’re looking for a place to study. Pretty open floor plan and good vibes.

Both of our drinks were really good! We had an iced caramel pecan oatmilk latte and a hot caramel almond latte.

Best coffee shop around this area! Why? Atmosphere- not loud and clean and pleasant and good seating.
Staff - extremely polite and friendly.
Food - always good. Breakfast items or a snack.
Coffee - The coffee beats the “big box” stores.
My faves - dark roast or cinnamon honey latte.

Great coffee & pastry selections. Such a peaceful cafe to get some work done or just to chill! Love how they also have a huge collection of board games that you can use.

Amazing coffee, creamy, and flavorful. I had the lavender latte and caramel macchiato, perfect taste and sweetness! Normally when I order lavender lattes, it’s always either watered down or you can barely taste the lavender! George’s Coffee was able to achieve both flavor and quality! The caramel macchiato was not too sweet or too bitter, it was the perfect hot cup of coffee on the way to work! The atmosphere is great, a nice spot to study or enjoy your morning coffee. They have board games available for friends and family which makes it all around cozy! I have yet to try their breakfast, so I will be back!!

Adorable shop! The decor and set up is very cute and comfy. Nice and clean inside. I had the Georges Caramel Mocha (made a little less sweet than the standard) and it was delicious. Good flavor, made well, good espresso flavor.

I also got a cheese Danish and bagels. They were good. I personally like the Starbucks ones better, they are softer. But these were good too.

Today was my first visit to this coffee shop. I'm visiting this week from Colorado. The location is excellent, the outside of the shop looks nice, has a convenient drive-thru, the large inside area is tastefully decorated, has plenty of comfortable seating, a dedicated meeting room with a connectable LCD screen on the wall, puzzles and games available, a solid beverage and food menu, delicious breakfast oatmeal!, delicious coffee, strong, free WiFi, relaxing music, and clean restrooms.

I live in the heart of Houston and consider myself a bit of a coffee snob honestly. However, I was shocked to find such good coffee and such a great shop driving through Melissa on a road trip. The barista was also very welcoming and you can tell he really knows his coffee.

We love George’s! It is our weekly “date time”. The drinks are delicious and so is the food. The best part is the staff and their service. They are positive, helpful, and truly care about their customers. It has become a bit of a comfort spot for me personally—whether it’s a quick coffee before work, an uninterrupted work space away from the office, or a little puzzle time to decompress after work—I have found my own “Cheers”. We love trivia nights and a favorite spot for an all day niece/aunt day. It’s a must visit small business!

I love it here..! I felt so cozy and welcomed when I came inside here. One of the staff members was so nice and we chatted up about anime and recommended each other ones to watch! I recommend this place very highly because of how nice the staff is and how wonderful and clean everything is!

Our first time here- we went for the 1st annual gingerbread cookie decorating and had a fun time with family & friends! The bagel sandwich was good and so was the coffee! Will definitely go back!

Nothing can go wrong here. When we come in, the staff are always smiling and laughing, and when we order they are super helpful with menu selections! I've never encountered a lukewarm drink, nor a watered down iced drink like many coffee shops I've been to. And they have puzzles and board/card games! You'll never get bored!

I normally don't drink coffee, because I can never find a place that does it right (my parents have owned multiple coffee shops and I reap the benefits of knowing what real coffee is).

Their sandwiches are amazing as well! The panini is my favorite, and, though it is simple, it is delicious! It's never burnt and never undercooked or soggy!

George's is my go-to as a hangout for me and my friends. It's always so chill and peaceful, and I highly recommend it for studying! They even have a room you can reserve that is more secluded so you can have meetings without interuption.

Overall, George's is the best place in Melissa to get coffee, or another drink, and is a great place to just relax and get away from the chaos of life! I LOVE GEORGE'S COFFEE!

This is a lovely local coffee shop with delicious paninis and lattes! If you're like me, you'll want to ask them to make your latte HALF as sweet as usual, though. I LOVE their pistachio latte with coconut milk (half as sweet). My 4-year-old gets a hot chocolate (also half as sweet). For reference, when we go to Starbucks, we also get our drinks half as sweet, so the sweetness level is probably similar.

We both liked their turkey panini, and my son also tried the grilled cheese panini, which he enjoyed. My sister swears by their coconut milk chai latte, but I haven't tried it yet because I'm obsessed with their pistachio latte!

The food/coffee isn't the only reason we have become return customers; the service and kindness of the barristas is so refreshing it's got me driving half an hour to go there for my latte.

Congrats to the owner for creating such a lovely environment and high-quality beverages!

First time visiting the establishment, and I was pleased. The service professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had lavender coffee so delicious and avocado toast with balsamic, so awesome. The best ever.

Amazing coffee shop! All of the baristas were so nice and the coffee and food is incredible! I love being a regular at a place like this! As a coffee snob I can definitely say their coffee is second to none

My favorite coffee shop ever!! Beautiful interior environment, and kind staff. Feels great to support a small business. The coffee is incredible— not overly sweet but also sweet enough that I don’t have to add any sweetener! I love that I can ask for just about any flavor combination of lattes. My favorite is a caramel coconut latte!!!

First Timer: the staff was super friendly, they actually listened and crafted my coffee today, this place was super clean, and to notch coffee. The Lavender Oat Milk latte was delicious & so was the almond croissant. Definitely coming back when passing through this town again. 5 star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
