Behind the hustle and bustle of a busy Starbucks, is a quiet setting of a niche coffee shop. Steven and Crew really rise above to make this Starbucks better than others.

I enjoy coffee anywhere I can get, but I find myself returning to THIS Starbucks more than any other coffee place in the local area because the people behind the counter display care and thoughtfulness, along with speedy service, and a good brew.

Sometimes I come early at 5am from the baby waking us up. Sometimes I get a late start, occasionally I show up in the afternoon. No matter when I come there is a friendly face who might know my name or looks beyond me as a customer and observes that I've had a tough day and need the pick-me-up.

Numerous occasions I've asked what they would recommend. I like to try new things.

The best suggestions I've received have been for the Christmas Dark blend and the Thanksgiving roast.

My normal order is a drip coffee with some whole milk which is readily available.

Excellent Starbucks location! We stopped in quick for a coffee. The drive thru was long so we went inside and were immediately helped. The employees were all very friendly and communicated super great when they were making your drink. Thank you!

I went to this Starbucks today for the first time for a Venti Caramel Macchiato and let me tell you something, best customer service I've ever received in my life!!! One of the employees named Kalicia was very helpful. The conversation was SHORT, sweet, and to the point. I was in and out with my macchiato in one hand and a cake pop in the other 🤤. I highly recommend this starbucks. Very clean and hospitable.

Decided to go inside to help my friend set up her Starbucks app. Couldn’t figure out why I receive 2 stars and she just gets 1 per $1 sale, so Kelsea the barista was super kind and offered us to help. Kelsea was so knowledgeable about the app, which was very impressive because
most Starbucks associates have very small knowledge of how it works. Even when we were taking longer than most orders Kelsea was still very kind, it stood out to me and made me want to express the exceptional customer service. Thank you!!!

The people here are so nice you can’t help but be in a better mood when you leave. Would post a pic of my drink but I only have a quarter of it left because it was fantastic. Anyone who complains about this place is a Karen and I will die on that hill. 🤣🤣 Thank you guys for making my mornings better!

Just moved to Melissa and so very thankful for how kind the people at this Starbucks are every time I come through. They always ask how I’m doing and seem to genuinely care. Today for the first time I mentioned it’s been a rough day so I was there for a pick-me-up and the sweet barista gave me a treat to brighten my day even more. So thankful for their kindness and for how they go above and beyond!

Love it! Ample seating and great outdoor area...my coffee was perfect! Can't wait to make this my regular Starbucks!

Employees were a well oiled machine! The drive through was completely packed and inside was pretty full and everyone received their orders quickly. Our complicated drinks were correct and tasted great.

Love the atmosphere at this Starbucks. They are welcoming both inside and at the drive-through. Will be back again.

This is the nicest staff I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. And that's saying a lot.

My wife absolutely loves this location! She often orders the same strawberry refresher, Venti, w/water and no ice, along with a warmed banana nut bread loaf. One associate suggested she add a splash of peach to the drink, and my wife is now completely smitten 😃!

It's elementary school party day in the city of Melissa. All the kids in all the land have class parties, and really dismissal day. The Starbucks is SLAMMED to say the least and they are Hustling like crazy. They are out of some things and people are inpatient, and rude. I've placed my order 35 minutes ago got my food item, enjoyed it and I'm still waiting for my drink, but I can't be mad, they aren't around, they are busting their butts! High five to their incredible kindness to the rude buttons who are demanding to know where their drinks and such are. Is always busy but today you couldn't have ejected quick.

Hands down the best customer service ever!! I used to go here every morning and the M-F morning crew are rockstars! I was so excited when they opened and they were with me thru a job change, my first grandchild being born and they served my Bear her last pupachino before she passed away. I miss them so much since I moved to Plano and my new Starbucks just isn’t the same. I wish this locations morning crew all the best. ❤

LOVE LOVE LOVE COMING HERE. I come regularly. When you have good workers, they make a difference. I love the people who work here. They are amazing. Always on it. Super friendly. Zero complaints!

The energy and customer service in this specific location in Melissa TX is top notch. Friendly and efficient staff- They definitely know how to make a customer feel welcome. I work in hospitality for 24 years so I know good service when I get it. This store provided greatness! Y'all should consider making thus location a management store training! They definitely know what they are doing! Best Starbucks visit- you can check my rewards I drink alot Starbucks- in Texas- NYC, FLorida, Arizona, California, St. Louis, KC and Honolulu this is the best visit so far.

Perfection. I have been driving to Anna or McKinney for my daily beverage. And, now, it’s a 1/2 mile away. Great hours, great service, great enthusiasm, and splendid product. And, I don’t drink coffee! Nope, I have a chai tea latte every day. Before you scold me for this luxury, know this: I worked full time for 57 years, I don’t drink, smoke, or luxury shop. At 78, I live small—except for Starbucks! This location is consistently above average! 😀😀😀😀
