Just like to take this time out to say that I went to this store, it was hot and I'm on oxygen. I'd like to say thank you Anthony for everything you did for me. Taking the time to explain and having the patience with answering all of my questions.
👍today was another great day of customer service at this auto zone. Anthony and Adrian was so helpful and so caring . I love the way they greeted me today , and was helpful getting all what I need for my car. Keep up the excellent job.

Esteban went above and beyond expectations. He offered help that I never knew AutoZone had. He was very honest about it he was able to easily access lights what he could do and if there would be a lot labor what he was unable to do. Honesty and a over achiever ! Kudos to him! When you go there ask for Esteban! Thank you again!

Had a great Experience here at autozone a gentleman named Anthony help us with everything we needed and couple of weeks going he help me with some things with my sister's car if you come to Autozone on Tulare & first see Anthony he's got you

Hector and Esteban were super super helpful! Changed my battery and cleaned my wires for me. Took time to explain and problem solve when my car wouldn’t start. Would come here again and recommend to a friend!

I called ahead to see if they had a headlight/bulb for my car. The young man said they did and when I asked if they could install it for me he told me to pull up out front and pop my hood. He was able to do it right then. And very graciously did it! Lol no attitude, no questions. Just done. I will always use this Autozone!

Anthony was every patient and I even put in both my brake bulbs I had no lights in the dark literally

Clean store well organized very helpful om not from the area and believe me when I say this store is way more organized and stocked than the ones I've been too

They’re very helpful. My car showed “check coolant level”, I hoped they had coolant change service so I went to this store. After they said they didn’t have that service. I asked if there’s a place close here to provide this service. One lady wrote down an address for me on. After checking the address on map, I changed my mind and decided to add coolant by myself this time.

A tall and strong guy with long tied hair, maybe he’s manager, picked up the coolant for me and even helped add the coolant after I asked him how much I should add in. He’s very professional and emphasized twice about how to add coolant and only to open the cover at least 30mins later after turning off the engine. I drove only 3min on the way there, so the engine was not hot yet so that It’s ok when I forgot his words and opened the cover immediately after I opened the hood.

Anyway I learned from him a lot. He checked the temperature of the engine first, found that I had opened the cover, then he opened the bottle and added it in straight... and explained to me that how much to add coolant in this situation because my car doesn’t show the min and max coolant lines. I really appreciate him.

The coolant light disappeared when I back in the car, I was so happy while driving back home, they made the things done so quickly and that’s really helpful to me.

I need to give a excellent review for Morgan at the First and Tulare. She was very helpful and she went above and beyond to help me in my time of distress. I will be back to shop at this store site. thank you Morgan.

By far the best service I’ve ever had, Victor, B not only saved my day but had the customer service to match it! This guy has the has what it takes to be higher up in the company. Knows his stuff, while completely changing my alternator in the parking lot and still helping at the register at the same time! By far the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere in many years. Id recommend to shop at any store that he’s at,, he put my perspective of autozone at a way higher caliber. Thank you

While in route from Phx Az to Northern Cal for a wildfire assignment we had AC issues, the Manager and staff of Autozone had our AC blowing cold and on our way in less than 15 minutes. Thank you guys and God Bless.

Frank was so helpful and went above and beyond with helping me change out my new battery. He also helped with a few other things. I will be coming back here for any car related troubles or purchases. It was a very positive experience.

I went there yesterday. After getting the part and went home. Next day I concluded that the part was a smaller size so I went back the next day kinda looking like a homeless bum not on purpose but, after trying so hard to remove a difficult part
Notice that they didn't see me any different they gave me the best customer service service can get. Went the extra distance just to help me . Made me feel like he was more into fixing my car then myself.
I got more to say but don't want to waste nobody reading time. So last thing my Toyota sequoia running better than when I first bought it. that would ve if cost me 500 dollars
To fix only cost me 20 dollars take away 4 dollar they gave me because of the part size difference so 16 dollars to be exact .
Me and wife and six kids are giving 5 stars plus one more. Thank for being apart of fixing our family's car .

I called, asked if they had a battery for my CLA250, they did. Francisco changed it and did it in a timely manner ! I was so happy and surprised at how fast it actually went. Everyone was professional and friendly. Thank you again!!!

This place is awesome!
It was super busy when I went in around 4, but all the Associates were super friendly and helpful. Helped me do a battery/alternator diagnostic, as well as checked my computer.

CSR Omar Aguilar was so helpful, being in retail myself I’m so grateful when I good help, he went above and beyond to help me with my car, and I truly appreciate it. This guy has management in his future plus he’s cute too, how could you go wrong? Thank you, Omar.
