Great customer service! The assistant store manager Kimberly definitely knows her parts and what she’s doing behind the counter. Thanks to her I was able to get my Camaro up and running. She cares about her customers and goes above and beyond. I walked in very upset because I kept getting sent to different stores and some stores just brushed me off, when I walked in complaining she immediately apologized and defused the situation, and I left as a happy customer! Keep doing what you’re doing Kimberly you’re doing great!

The best AutoZone in the world right here in Fresno California. Thank you Juan the manager for going above and beyond to assist me and my son with our battery issue. You were very professional, honest through and you really made us feel valued. You answered all my questions and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The entire staff was busy helping customers inside and out. I have never seen this before. I have been in many AutoZones but none compare to the service and dedication that Juan and his staff exhibited today. Thank you very very much for the wonderful service. The people were friendly, professional, considerate and fair, and they had the alternator I needed. The fan belt turned out to be the wrong size but they allowed me to return it.

I found this location’s staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful & nice. Needed a new battery and I didn’t have the right tools to change it but they offered to do it for me right then and there! Great service 👍👍

The workers trit you very pro and they real helpful they help you just with anything I went for a Battery they help me install it on my car A/C i need it help he went outside to help me so I recommend autozone to everybody thums up

Got the wrong part. Went to this autozone old part in hand and they told me who had it in stock. Got it within 10 mins. Thank you for making everything right in such an easy manner. Both managers were great.

The service is great only thing I don't like about it is when I'm being taken care of someone calls on the phone and they drop me take care of the person on the phone first and keep me there waiting
