Today I went to Sephora and it was hectic during Black Friday shopping!! One of the workers could tell I was overwhelmed and gladly helped me with my shopping. I asked for her name and I want to say thank you Julia for being such a great employee and helping me through all the crazy with such a sweet attitude.

Amazing, friendly associates that will spend the time it takes to color match the correct foundation. Great shopping experience! Sephora brand is also reasonably priced.
Dior backstage foundation is rated exceptional for over 50 skin, thats what I bought today.

Several associates stopped to check if I needed anything while I waited for one of the artists to answer some questions. Sarah was extremely helpful and talked to me like the uneducated makeup fool that I am! Thanks Sarah!

I went here having exactly what I needed in mind but needed help finding a new foundation. I approached one of the workers and asked for help and they were super nice, her name was Ava. I didn’t give specifics but she asked exactly what I was looking for, I’ve been using the foundation for a few days and it’s just what I was wanting and the perfect shade! Lovely experience will definitely come back! :)

I went to Sephora with my mom to do some damage. Kendall listened to my concerns, and spent tons of time making sure my match was perfect. The rare beauty foundation is also amazing - upon her recommendation. Such a great experience! Bravo.

Employees were very nice. The lady who helped me matched my skin tone on the first try. Another talked to my little sister for a solid half hour about acne products. I also hear they're paying their employees during quarantine, so I made the right choice in buying from them.

This store is amazing! I live in Montana and we do not have any free standing Sephoras in the entire state, I came to Arizona on vacation to visit family and bought a decent amount of stuff from this location (you gotta take advantage when you have it). I tried returning some of the products to a Sephora inside a JCpenny near me, they would not take it, I called customer service and since it was not a “buy online pick up order” they informed me there was nothing they couldn’t do. In my last bit of hope I called this location where I purchased the products, their manager Summer was amazing, and took care of everything! This store will go above and beyond for their customers!

Customer service was friendly and efficient. I was running an errand and was in and out in just a few minutes. Store looked tidy and organized despite it being the weekend before Christmas. Good job guys!

erika helped me pick a detox shampoo today and it was a great experience. she was very pleasant and helpful.

I have never had a great experience at Sephora. I’ve never been greeted or helped prior to my visit today at other locations. I was dreading going to the Chandler location after reading the reviews, but I surprisingly had quite the opposite experience. I was greeted, helped, and everyone including the cashier was extremely friendly. So thank you to all working today for my first good experience at Sephora!

They are always friendly and eager to help. I got color matched and prices were high but it's high end cosmetics!

Full disclosure, I love Sephora. Today I was very impressed when I walked in and was greeted by Kalen (sp?) who spent loads of time with me helping me find the perfect foundation for my needs in the perfect shade. She sent me home with a sample so I could try it before I buy it (which I sincerely appreciated!) and lots of tips and tricks for my skincare needs. I will absolutely be back. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

Girls and guys are really nice and helpful in this location. The only negative I have to say is that Sephora in JCPENNEY doesn't take returns from online purchases. And that is such a pain for me since I order something every month.

I was in and out of the store quickly with my wife. I'm not sure how anyone finds exactly what they're looking for in there, but whatever. The checkout line moved quick and we were out of there in no time.

Such a magical place for makeup lovers alike! You can swatch and try almost all of the products. The staff is so friendly and can answer any questions you might have and even demonstrate how to use products.

Even when they were busy they helped me find what I was looking for and everyone was so kind!

Sephora is my go to beauty store. Everyone is always helpful even though sometimes it's poppin in there so they are busy. Either way, I love it with or without the help!

This is another candy store for makeup lovers out there. Went to Sephora for the first time and fell in love instantly.. would of naturally been overwhelmed but thankfully Kim the beautician consultant was so helpful. If you're trying yup find a great makeup store the Chandler Mall location is awesome.

Their makeup is always in stock.They find the right color for you in however many brands you want to try. Elizabeth was great & so patient with me.
