Dunkin'

I like stopping by here, but the other day one of your employees showed me a special kindness. I don't want to go into details but this person went out of their way to make sure that I stay satisfied and come back. Thank you, the Dunkin donuts team of this location, you breed good customer service.

Definitely my GO to Dunkin’s in the area. They bang out the drive thru in minutes even when the drive thru looks packed, you’ll be out w/ your purchase in no time. & shout out to the dude who be making my coffees, YOUR THE REAL MVP HERE! 🙂 Thanks. Lol

But the difference is who's working here.

Every employee I've dealt with at the Granite St. location is great. The standout exception is Ken.
Ask for Ken.
This location, and Duncan Donuts in general, is very fortunate to have Ken on board.

I’ve been using this dunks for over 2 years now, and they are great. Most of them know me by my voice/order now - But beyond that they are all kind and attentive. Because I used to work at Dunks, I have a very particular taste I look for in my coffee and these days, every day it’s perfect… but on the very rare occasion I need an adjustment they’re happy to accommodate. & I’ve come to realize that in this area that’s something to be treasured 😂 They literally help me start my day, everyday!! Thank you guys for all you do & to Dunkin’s for existing 🙏😅

Normal dunkins food and wonderful ice tea. What stands out with DD is their great employee. Thank u yal really are a step above.

Hit or miss on the service, as well as the mood of the server's..

I really love this location, I don’t think they have ever gotten any of my orders wrong & I can be picky when it comes to my iced lattes (I have a right to be picky when I’m paying almost $5 for one beverage)! I use the On the Go app & it’s always ready when I get there! The employees at this location are polite & friendly & the store always appears to be clean!! Bonus for me…. they ALWAYS have my jelly sticks!!! 😋

If you treat the people helping you with respect and politeness without hurriedly stressing them it gives them time to make your order perfect.

I visited during the local car show, and the servers were all friendly and accommodating.

This is my favorite Dunkin's on door dash. I always pick surprise me for donuts and they always hook us up with the best flavors.

Not every Dunkin's is great. This one is!!!
Service is very good.
Coffee is, of course, perfect.
Donuts and bagels are also very good.
I had a frozen mocha coffee.
Just right for hot days.
I almost deducted a star as it was over 5 bucks, but quality products and quality service come at a price.

BEST DUNKINS!! They always make my coffee right 9/10 ! They're really quick, the drive-thru moves faster than most places. Love the girls who work here they're sweethearts. If I'm in Manchester this is the dunks I go to.

As a first time visitor I was impressed. I got there early in the morning so my donuts were fresh and tasty. I don't expect much from staff these days but everyone seemed civil that day and the person at the counter was very polite. Ok parking and the place was clean, well lit and comfortable.

Fine but I like stronger coffee.

Waited in line 10 or so minutes. This Dunkin extremely busy! Got a Cold Brew ice coffee. They put too much cream...I asked for 4 pumps. Other than that the coffee was good.

I go here twice a day and I've only had my order messed up 3 times out of 3 months twice a day. Although my bagel is never toasted properly it's either burnt or not toasted. But I order a everything bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese on it once a day plus my coffee. And I continue to so take it as u will. They also forget the cream on it about 40% of the time.

Me and my girlfriend went to dunkin donuts and we really enjoyed our selves. The staff was nice to us. That dunkin donuts was very clean inside. The food and coffee was great as well. We both had no problems at all.
