I had a really great experience with the staff there when I needed to get my car battery replaced. Staff was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The store is laid out pretty well and they can order parts. The ONLY downside to this location is that I felt unsafe going by myself at night. The parking lot is pitch black and it feels like you're gonna be mugged. Someone can easily hide in the bushes and you'd never see it coming. Most times you can't even tell they're open. It's very easy to stumble trying to get to the door at night. They need to get these lights fixed ASAP. Bulbs can't be that much. I waited for my boyfriend to get home to go.

Tried returning something a while back. I was excited for the opening in this location. But customers aren’t really priority. I bought sun shade, it was too big for my car, I’m pretty sure if a customer doesn’t have a receipt because it’s already been a week since someone bought something, and it’s just not working out. I’m sure there were other ways to find the transaction on the computer. But there was no problem solving skills within regular employee, and manager. They turned me away so quick that they didn’t even come up with a solution.

If you buy a part from them and it broke within a week. They want you to hold your receipt for 30 days or whatever their return policy is. Cuz apparently anything that’s bought disappears from their system.
