First time I went to this auto was with a battery issue will be technician at the time was kind enough to change the battery for me & made sure I was back up and running. Second visit I was helped by TeeJay he went above and Beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the service that he was providing. He went the extra mile and helped me get new my license plates framed on my car. He has incredible knowledge on Toyota vehicles he has been building them for 23 years I believe he said. Great place to get parts and service. Great conversation.

My husband had a great experience here today. He took our vehicle that had a mostly dead car battery. A gentleman helped us replace our whole battery for free. Super nice, friendly, and kind. Very thankful for his assistance.

My car wouldn't start yesterday and when I got it jumped, I went straight to this AutoZone. I stopped in tonight to test my battery and realized I had extensive corrosion on my battery terminals and cables and was in need of a new battery. TJ went over the battery options with me and even installed the new battery for me. TJ and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend these guys. FANTASTIC!!! I am thankful to have a Autozone finally come to the Highlands Ranch and Lonetree area! The staff is the best I have seen at a Autozone store. No more driving to other parts of town to shop auto. Part of the Building that was Pepboys is now the newest Autozone

James is also the absolute best! I don’t know what it is about this autozone but they all go above and beyond. He helped me move my car from Sam’s club to autozone after it wouldn’t start, I mean he literally pushed it uphill for me because I was alone, and fixed the issue immediately. Saved my life and I was still able to get where I needed to be on time. I wish that I could rate this autozone more than five stars! Thanks so much James!!
