Greg & Evan were super help. They helped put in both my engine and cabin filter. They even help me with the battery cleaning kit because it was cording. Five stars isn’t enough to rate their fantastic customer service.

The young man that works here is so incredibly thoughtful and kind!! My dad’s car battery from another auto parts store was malfunctioning and was not working at all. His car wouldn’t even turn on the lights and was stopping and going, so my dad came here looking for help. This worker offered to help my dad and took out the car battery for him to exchange back at the other location. He even called them asking about the warranty policy for my dad and notified me of my dads current location so that I could come pick up my dad to take him to the other place. He even felt bad he couldn’t take my dad himself as his car had also broken down today. I took my dad to the other location to get it exchanged and when we came back, he was still waiting past closing hours to help us install the new battery. This place is super helpful and I will do business here for the future!! I’m very appreciative for his kindness towards my dad <3

Came in quickly to get some brake lights and they were quick to greet us, immediately found the exact part and everything. Very nice, quick and affordable prices.

I originally called when my daughter's car wouldn't start before school to inquire if buying a new battery and having installed was a likelihood in a short amount of time. I was asked to go on a brief hold and then after awhile it went to ringing and I was forced to hang up. To my surprise, I was called back! He was so kind, answered all my questions and was super happy to help. I went straight there, he was honest, asking me my intentions for the car (long term keep or no) and steered me in the direction of the right choice for me and then installed. The whole process was 10 minutes. He even took extra time to make sure everything was secure and working properly. Thank you, Kevin! You just made a customer for life!

My Subaru crosstrek had a completely dead battery we called and Logan was able to help us right away. He even went out of his way to find me a battery that was cost effective plus they give you a one year warranty on the battery. He quickly installed it for us and even gave us recommendations for a good battery that withstands cold temperatures so that when we can afford to purchase it we will know what to look for. The associates at this store are so friendly and helpful.

This review is not so much for Advanced but for Kevin. I have rarely ever had this level of service from anywhere, let alone an autopart store. He was there alone and serviced 4 others and myself faster than i typically expect with no line at all. Thanks again Kevin.

Kevin Shehan and Ian went above and beyond to help me get my truck up and running again. Without them, I would have been stranded in 100 degree heat for a few more hours. Saved my day and a few hundred bucks! These guys are AWESOME!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. I came in on a boat but was able to find parking with no problem. The staff was great. They helped me find what I needed with minimal effort. I’ve been to the other locations closer to Aurora but needed to go to this one because I was in the area since the ocean is down the street. I usually drive my car but when it’s 0°, that’s the perfect time to take the boat out. Will definitely be back.

These guys here are always so nice! They always greet you when you walk in and help out best they can for any problem. This is and always will be my go-to parts store. They helped me out with a huge problem and got a store in Lakewood to put a hart to find part on hold for me. They even sat with me and called around to stores all over the state to find a water pump for my car when their location didn’t have one. Great service here!

Great service! I called in needing an unusual car battery and they had one in stock. When I arrived I ran into Kevin who helped me with a question I had regarding an oil additive and then he helped me by quickly installing my new battery. Thanks again Kevin, and the associates that answered my phone call!

Broke a wiper on my way into work so I stopped here to get a new set. The gentleman at the registers saw me and asked which car was mine. He pulled up the wiper sizes I needed, gave me recommendations since I told him I recently bought the car but was having streak issues, and he ran into the back of the store to find what wasn't on the shelves. He put my information in for the warranty and then came out into the rain to replace all 3 of my wipers without asking. 10/10 will visit again. Great job.

My experience at Advance Auto on County Line in Lone Tree exemplified what customer service should look and feel like! Alex Hall was the gentleman who waited on me and he took the time to explain all of my wiper blade options and why he would recommend some brands over others. He then showed me advanced customer service by suggesting he would assist me with installing them because they can be complicated to figure out. It was cold outside but he did not hesitate to go through every step and explain why. The best auto parts store experience I have ever had.

The battery in my F150 was dying and I was concerned it may not start again. I stopped in this Advances Auto Parts at 8pm and was greeted by Greg and Conor!! They not only guided me through the purchasing of a new battery and wiper blades, but they installed the battery and blades in about 10 mins!! It was as if these guys were former NASCAR pit crew technicians. These guys were great and really helped turn my day around!! Both of these guys deserve a raise as they went above and beyond to ensure my customer experience was outstanding. Thanks guys - appreciate you!!

I went into this location today thinking I was going to spend a couple hundred bucks on the battery. Alex help me test my battery and come to the conclusion that I still had life left on it. I really appreciate him he was wonderful.
