The gentleman with glasses and a beard is such a gem. Each of his interactions with the customers in line made me smile. I hope he is appreciated there and paid well. Any company would be lucky to have such a fellow representing their company. "Assuming he isn't the owner."

Hands down thee BEST Postal Annex. They always take care of our small business needs, and rumor has it that they will be having a Bitcoin machine there soon too.

I love going to this place to send out mail! I work at a nearby vet clinic, and go here about once a week. Their shop is always so clean; and the staff is simply amazing! They're always so kind, and helpful! Whenever I have a problem with a package, or have mail delivered wrong they help me figure it out; honestly, it's my favorite postal place to rely on 😁

This is one of my favorite business in Vancouver. When I need to mail something, I leave it on the counter with a label, and they take care of it (including taping the box if necessary). When I need to print something, I email it to them and it’s ready by the time I get there. One time I asked them to print and mail things to 29 different places (including to Canada) and they just handled it for a surprisingly low fee. The staff are friendly and get the job done.

The owner is so lovely And helpful. She was great at multitasking and made the trip in with my toddler quick and painless. She is great at her job and you can tell she enjoys. Great customer service!

Best place to pick up shipping supplies, boutique cards, unique gifts, and of course for shipping. The people here are incredibly helpful, friendly, and are knowledgeable on shipping out anything you need to ship or receive via USPS, UPS, & FedEX. It's our one stop shop!

I have lived in Vancouver for 15 years. My 3 daughters go back & forth to Ohio to see their dad and now go to college there. I have had to ship huge musical instruments, boxes of clothes, urgent bank cards, Christmas presents, and so many other challenging things to them and to my parents in Las Vegas. I think these people are magic. I put stuff on the counter, and they just find the best rates and fastest ways to ship every time. When I walk in, I always feel like I might be a burden because of my big asks, but they are ALWAYS very cheerful and helpful. Truly, I am a frequent flyer here, and I have never once had a bad experience. Always stellar! Thank you!

Heard Postal Annix has new owners and mngt. As of this month. Went in, Met Fred and Tara, who are friendly, professional and their customer service is excellent. Decided to give this location and the new owners my business verses driving elsewhere with the gas prices.
They come highly Reccomend. And Please ignore the old posted reviews prior to June 2022, as they are from the old ownership who is gone! Give Fred and Tara the fresh start everyone deserves.

I have had a mailbox here for years and always had outstanding service. I receive several packages a week and nothing has ever been lost. They are friendly and if i get an overly heavy package they help me carry them to the car.

I have shipped many things and always am given my options so i can make the best choice... i havent had to go to the post office in years... there is seldom a wait but if so it is that they are handling other customers with quality.
