Tri-County Ace

As I've mentioned in the past, Tri-County Ace is awesome. The staff are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they sell. I have yet to be miss-informed at any Ace store. Great job folks!

Great place for quality hardware and paint.

Went in to buy propane. James was very helpful. He got us signed up with the loyalty plan and filled out tanks for us. He taught me a little bit about propane tanks and safety. We will definitely be back!

Just moved to area, my new go to for diy.

It's really nice to have an Ace Hardware so close. When I'm doing a project or need something to start a project, and don't have time to go to the other, bigger stores, they usually have what I need. Employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Will be back (probably 5 times this week, lol)

The had a lot of cool things ,as female is nice to know I can asked for help. But this store, the employee was helpful but in general they all look very grumpy not even a faked happy to least hide emotions from customers. I'll probably go to Seneca store. A lot more friendly.

Always a friendly staff to greet you as you walk through the doors. Although their prices are usually a little higher than Lowes or Home Depot the service is almost always better here.

Great little hardware store will most all the essential items for home repair, maintenance, and outdoor living. All perks of a chain store (website, etc.) but the employees definitely deliver a great hometown feel. These Ace employees are most always supper helpful and polite. Their quick to ask if you need help and most certainly will lead you to what your looking for. Don't hesitate to shop here!

It's hard to find fault with any Ace Hardware.
Update. I have stopped here countless times since my original review, and have yet to be disappointed by any visit to ACE. They have always been my go-to source for parts that I can't seem to locate anywhere else.

It was very easy to purchase topsoil and mulch.... I told the clerk at the cash register what I wanted, paid the bill while another employee loaded the soil and mulch into my CRV. It was a no-hassel, friendly trip. ACE IS THE PLACE!

Jerry was extremely helpful and even though they didn't have what we needed we ended up buying a pair of boots.

The store was not only well stocked but also layed out in such a way to make your shopping easier. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.

I shop a often at Tri- County Ace. The prices per item are usually very competitive with the big box stores, especially when you can save time because of location. And unlike big box stores T.C.A. hardware for the most part have everything grouped together thus keeping you focused on what you need.
Plus the associate working there are very friendly, helpful and and knowledgeable about location of products. They let you buy what you want, and not what they think you want.
