I just want to say how thankful I am for the West Union Post Office. I especially would like to thank Charlie, who goes above and beyond with all he does! Charlie is always there with a smile and always asks how my day is going! Charlie makes you feel so welcomed and is always there to help with any issues you may have!

We have been using the West Union Post Office for years, and always receive great service from Charlie. He is always professional and helpful. My son was mailing a letter to his grandparents, and Charlie took the time to answer his questions about what happens to his letter when he drops it in the box. My in-laws from out of state had to take care of some business while visiting. They came home telling us all about the wonderful service they received from Charlie. He always gives the best service possible whether you see him every day or it's your first time walking through the door.

When our neighborhood cluster boxes were damaged by a truck, the staff of the West Union, SC Post Office worked closely with us to ensure the continuity of our mail delivery. Special recognition goes to Charles and Brianna who stayed in touch with us on the timing to have the new boxes functional and for providing special handling of our mail while we awaited delivery of the new boxes. They are thoroughly professional and very pleasant to their customers and are stellar assets to the US Postal Service.

This is by far the best post office I’ve ever been to! The postal workers are always helpful, friendly and courteous - especially Charlie Lindeen. When a package was in some sort of postal limbo Charlie walked me through the steps to file a claim and another time a service request. Thankfully the packages were delivered! I love the down home, family like atmosphere in West Union’s sweet, little post office. Thanks for your kindness always!

The USPS in West Union, SC is top notch. They have extremely knowledgeable staff who believe in treating everyone like a neighbor and friend. West Union Post Office is the best post office I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is tops - Charlie Lindeen is quick to answer any questions. My carriers Ashley and Kenny go out of their way to make sure our mail and packages are delivered quickly and safely and they take extra care when it’s raining to make sure packages don’t get wet. Always helpful and friendly.

West Union post office has always been very helpful when I have needed to ship boxes to various family members. Anytime I have a question or need assistance Charlie has been helpful and patient. Such a helpful and friendly staff.

Out of all the post offices in oconee co the west union is the friendliest and fastest. I will drive out if my way to go to that one!
