Andy was my technician last year and it's so nice to have a knowledgeable specialist who was aware of our property's history! We have used Atlantic Pest inspection in two homes now and they are great. James was very thorough and thoughtful. He was on time and talked through issues and resolutions. Because of Bob's thorough inspection, I was alerted to problems on my roof. I have had significant hail damage that I did not know about. We had a roofer come to the house and now I need a new roof. After sending in a request for an inspection to be done, I quickly got a response with a set date and time for an appointment! Andy Rife did a thorough inspection of a house I was purchasing. It was so helpful with any issues that came up during the inspection, advising the issue and explain how to fix it. As a first time home buyer that was great. The staff are very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and always on time. The company charges one fee for "pest services" and will make several visits to ensure that the problems are addressed. We have been very pleased with the quality of this company's service and also use them for Termite Management.

Josh always does a great job and makes an effort to give a bit of education on the process. Atlantic is by far the most professional pest control company we have ever used.

We recently updated our kitchen and were fearful that we had termites enjoying the new construction. We called to get an appointment, which Atlantic scheduled the very next morning. Any was inspected the crawl space, interior and exterior of the house to make sure he covered all the angles and discovered that we had ants and not termites. He gave us several solutions to fix our issue and even called in for the pest control to come by and make a sweep of the house. We could not be more appreciative of the service that Andy and Atlantic provided us today.
