Astound Broadband Powered by Wave

It's 4:54pm on July 12th and I have been without Wi-Fi for approximately 12 hours so far and this isn't the first time.

Review update:
A tech needed to come to the house. He did a great job explaining why I was having problems. He took care of all the issues and everything is working so much better.

I love using wave services, we have never had any issues. Anytime you call to talk to someone they are always helpful and friendly. They also follow up on orders and calls. We had wave run underground lines to get us service at our new home. Thank you again wave!

Had A really great experience the other day. Our Internet was going out over and over so I called and the next day Their technician Adam Showed up, figured out the problem and had it fixed in no time. He was very polite and professional, He was out here later in the evening to cover another worker who couldn't make it when he didn't have to be. He even came back the next day in a super windy rain storm and ran us a new line because he saw old connectors and a splice. Top Quality worker wave, look after him!

The people who complain about Wave should live in Mac. I lived in Sheridan for 10 years and had Wave from the time they bought out the other company. Had problems a couple times but the problem was taken care of as soon as they could. Always so helpful. One time they found that it was the wire in the complex I lived in was old and had to rewire my apartment. I've lived in Mac 1 year and have already had more problems that I did in 10 years with Wave. Count your blessing people.

The attendent was fast ant very professional.
Their place was handicapped friendly, had a ramp leading right up to their door which wasn't very heavy.

It was great. They were able to get me what I needed in a short amount of time.

Best internet !! The only problem was they discoed me cuz i couldnt pay my bill..

As far as the internet speeds/prices, these guys are pretty much unbeatable.
We have the highest internet speed option available through them and we both play MMO games on our PlayStations. For those that dont know, most ISPs have issues with two consoles playing a game with an internet connection at the same time. Not to mention a massively multiplayer online game. But we hardly ever have any issues, aside from when we had 96% packet loss, and even then they replaced the router for free and sent someone out to give our system a little TLC - all free of charge.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and never pushy about upgrading.
Genuinely love my experience with Wave.

Want broadband is a decent internet provider.. unfortunately you pay a pretty penny for high speeds & worse thing is they have fast download speed but slow upload speed, customer service has been great so far..I've been a customer for about 4 years now & in that time there's ONLY been about 4 major outages lasting longer than a day so that's pretty awesome 👍 I would like to see their upload speeds increase along with more competitive pricing..have a great day 😉✌

They where professional on the phone still don't understand my bill so I will be in the office tomorrow the tried to explain it on the phone it did make sense to me. But except that it been a good company.

Down for three days which was a challenge to deal with. However, they worked on it every day and now is 105x6.5 on speed! TY
