Everybody that works a builders first choice rated 10 in my book always so helpful and everything I pick up a lot of equipment from all of their yards and they are always hands-on with the help thank you guys

Showed up here stressed and tired . It was the end of the work day and I needed materials asap. The guys here helped me load after they were closed and were extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. I recommend this place 10 out of 10! Great customer service, and genuinely great people.

They’re great people. Always so nice and informative whenever you go in. They carry excellent products. I got some specialty tyvek and flashing from them I would have had to order in anywhere else. Pricing is fair. I purchased the wrong tool by mistake there and dropped it off for a return, but forgot about it and went on a trip for 2 months and they still went through the trouble to call me and processed the credit back to my card. I can’t recommend them enough. Forget the big box store this place is the best for my large projects.

I have been a resident of Gig harbor for over 30 years. During that time we have had many the pleasure of doing business at your Gig Harbor location many times and through 3 home remodels. I personally have been in Retail customer service for 50 years so I know what to expect and how I want to be treated. During my years I have sent in several reviews for negative experiences but I do not recall ever sending in a positive experience. Recently I had a special order of base molding for our current project. When it arrived there was noticeable damage from shipping from the distributor to Builders firstsource. The loaders in the yard were the first to bring it to my attention. I decided to send in pictures of the damage and was told to bring this to the attention of (Troy Smith). VIA Email I contacted Troy and his attention to my issues were phenomenal! He was prompt in his response and provided me with replacements pieces plus. Then he had it delivered to my home! I was amazed at how over the top he was in his customer service, he really reached for the high bar on this one. Thank you Troy and all the other employee's who made this a positive experience. At the Gig Harbor location everyone is helpful over the phone and of course at the yard. Prices are often lower compared ti big box stores and you don't have to look around for an employee to help or answer ur questions!

These guys are trying really hard and it is hard to compete with a Depot in the Lowe's but they still specialize in contractors in big orders deliveries with quality service you don't get the quality service with Depot you get mistakes forgotten orders parts of orders that is so I give them full credit for trying to stay in business with the big block stores competing

Great place to shop for all of your lumber needs.No Big box store treck across the parking lot,and you don't have to stand in a long line only to self checkout.Everyone I dealt with was very nice, knowledgeable,and helpful.

I've only been here twice but each time I go in the people are very helpful. They listen to what I'm looking for and help me find it. I appreciate their knowledge and willingness to guide me in the right direction.
