They make the best deli sandwiches around. Their ingredients for all sandwiches are top notch number one ingredients. All their fruits and veggies are ultimately fresh. Like a supermarket, everything is takeout, you cannot eat there. When I'm there, I usually get my signature sandwich, large, in a long Italian torpedo loaf. It's their sausage and peppers, with sweet supprasada sliced thin, rabies, chunks of sharp provolone cheese, and roasted red peppers with some kind of dressing in the sandwich, It is to die for, although I haven't seen Jesus yet. The place is not fancy, but wholesome. Remember one important fact, atmosphere will never ever fill your gut. With Italian love, Big Bob.

My new favorite place. Everything I bought that day was awesome. And I bought a little of just about everything they had homemade. Will be going back every weekend to stock up. The price paid is off because I bought multiple meals. But it is reasonably priced. My wife's work place actually turned me on to it.

Produce is always fresh and delicious. Meats are displayed behind glass, not pre packaged, always top quality and reasonably priced . Sandwiches are second to none. Great place to do your shopping . Staff is always ready and willing to give you great service with polite and personable attitudes.

As always, Gregg, Geo, Charlene and Kim always make you feel right at home. It reminds me of the days when every neighborhood had a family store where everyone knew your name. Times may have changed but this place is still the same. Excellent quality meats, good service and friendly atmosphere. Great sandwiches, and great selection of fine foods.

My family is fortunate to live close to Garden Hills Deli. It has all the great foods and meats I remember from the prime Italian markets of my youth, and all the efficiency, services and technology of the 21st century. Most of all, the staff knows its business so you can enjoy gourmet meats, amazingly fresh and varied produce and endless Italian specialties imported and usually hard to find elsewhere.The service is amazing and the staff goes out of its way to please.
Finally, any experienced shopper and/or cook will find the prices are fair for the high quality of your weekly food needs and also for fine prepared dishes, soups, and sandwiches that rival homemade. Grab some delicious specialty deserts and cookies for a fabulous end of your meal too. I LOVE this store and its amazing staff! There are NO nicer people in the business.

12/11/22 —I have been coming here on and off . Customer service is excellent . Love buying cheese and cold cuts here . Fruits and vegetables are very well picked not a huge variety but what they have is very well picked for sure .

Love this place! One of the only small delis left. The ONLY place I buy my cold cuts. A1 service, always friendly,great sales. They layer your cold cuts and put plastic wrap in between every 3 or 4 slices so your cheese and lunch meat don't get stuck together. The bread is fresh daily from various local bakeries. The cold cuts all taste so fresh and are because they don't but 20 or 30 loaves of meats etc at a time like the big stores. Best time to go is around 9 to 11 am or later in the afternoon. Been shopping here since they opened in the 1980s and love it!

I LOVE Garden Hills Deli! They have the best sandwiches of all kinds. I love the Italian Grinder, the turkey, the pastrami, and the chicken parm to name just a few. They have excellent meats! My family and I have ordered turkeys their for Thanksgiving and meat for Christmas dinner as well. The staff is great and I love that it is local. I just really don't have a bad thing to say about the place.

They have some delicious soup and prepared tuna. Great deals on meats, boneless skinless cutlets are always chef trimmed and sometimes they also butterfly them. Which is so amazing and convenient for the cook of the house!! Definitely my go to for that.

Great sandwiches made fresh. Quality meats at good prices. So many local sides and condiments all located in a great old fashion neighborhood deli. A must visit! It's a personal favorite now!
