Scott Chambers and his team do a great job. They were very careful around our newly remodeled home not to accidentally leave marks while carrying things up the stairs. They were also very patient around my toddler son who was curious about that they were doing. Scott also explains what he is doing and wants to make sure the customer is happy with his work. Scott has worked on multiple jobs at my house. This is the latest install on our chimney.

Our experience with The Fireplace Store has been top notch from start to finish. Robert with sales and the entire team at the store were incredibly helpful and didn’t mind answering my questions as I made multiple trips trying to select the best fireplace for our home.
Then for install crews and the owner who came to assess our area before the final purchase: same critique as above. Literally each person who helped along the way was communicative, friendly, clean and helpful. If you are looking for a fireplace, this is the place to go! And trust me, we went to most stores in the Denver Metro area when researching products.

Without question if you’re needing a gas fireplace repaired go with The Fireplace Store on Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree. I had 3 gas fireplaces in one of my rentals each needing adjusted/repaired and Spencer from The Fireplace Store fixed them all in an extremely timing manner and at a totally fair price. Plus he was on time; talked me thru the repairing of each and gave me pointers on how to keep them operating safely and efficiently. The Fireplace Store will have my business if I ever need repairing any of my fireplaces in my rentals or my own home. We selected The Fireplace Store after checking reviews for a new fireplace gas insert. Alex Valeruz arrived for our appointment and was very thorough in measuring our fireplace. He took time to answer all our questions and made recommendations to meet our needs. Scott and Ryan the technicians arrived and installed our gas insert. We purchased our Valor fireplace from The Fireplace Store about 4 years ago, and have thoroughly enjoyed it - it’s been reliable and attractive, and a gem at heating our family room. Service to keep it running properly is always easy to arrange, and the technicians are knowledgeable , professional and friendly. Would highly recommend them if you’re considering purchasing a fireplace!

It's when things go awry that you learn about a company's values. We bought a Valor gas insert in 2020 and had it serviced every year as required by the Fireplace Store. Long story short, in 2023 our technicians found alarming damage that we all suspect was caused by negligence the year before. That employee was no longer with the company, but Spencer said, "That's on us." We did not have to pay a dime (just wait weeks for the part and then wait more weeks for installation, middle of winter, oh well). It's not exactly the golden age of customer service, so to see a company stand by their product and their work like this warrants high praise -- and loyalty. Highly recommend the Fireplace Store.

I have 3 fireplace’s and have used them for basic maintenance for the last few years. I recently had an older and malfunctioning fireplace which had some challenging issues. Scott, Spencer and RJ went beyond expectations to figure out the issues and get the fireplace fixed. Rare to find a company with such integrity these days. Highly, Highly recommend this company!!

So glad I found complete chimney to provide a second opinion on a level 1 inspection and repair of small crack of my fireplace for a home inspection response. The technician was quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. I love that this is a family owned company of experienced honest certified technicians that don’t try to scare you into paying thousands for a new fireplace insert like some other companies out there. I definitely recommend complete chimney cleaning! 😀

Rick was so professional, thorough, and quick! He checked our chimney first to see if we needed to have it cleaned, and was honesty and told us we could wait if we wanted. We still opted to have the chimney cleaned, so we wouldn't have to worry about it for a long time. He put down tarps and then vacuumed up any remaining chimney dust when he was done! I would 100% recommend him and this company to anyone needing their chimneys cleaned!

He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was done and what to be aware of. The Fireplace Store has provided us first class service since we started using them. They kept us posted about delivery of the part we order, they accommodated our service window, Spencer had reviewed our past service calls before coming out and he explained what he was doing every step of the way. In a time that seems to have seen a huge decline in customer service, the fireplace store did an amazing job. After visiting a different store in the area that did not seem very interested in providing me with guidance I decided to try this much smaller store. Beginning with Hector in sales, Alex in the warehouse then all the way through to Paul and Mischa in service/installation, all expectations were met or exceeded in the time frames promised and at the prices quoted. Thank you for providing expertise and an excellent customer experience in a world where that seems to have all but disappeared

We had stone added to our hearth as well as installing a gas fireplace. Josh from the Fireplace Store came out and assessed everything, even spoke with the Mason to make sure everything was right.
Spencer on the installation was excellent as well.
