Chambers Home Health, a family/family member can not go wrong when choosing this Home Health. I personally know from my own family's experience. They took care of my mother years ago, excellent care. Always there for us. They have taken care of my In Laws off an on over the years. The Bartlett/Embree families never wanted for anything, the nurses knew what our loved ones needed an took excellent care of them. Over the years Chambers Home Heath became our extended family. Some wonderful friendships, some very special friendships. ❤ A family can not go wrong in choosing Chambers Home Health for their needs.

I have had Chambers three separate times over the past 14 months. All of the nurses, shower aides, and office staff are very thorough and professional each and every time I have had them in my house. Jennifer Posey has been my nurse three times now, and she cares for her patients. Every time I have a question about my incision sight, or some other concerns she will be quick to call me back and will even come by to assess the situation. Chambers Home Health serves the Mount Pleasant, Texas and Northeast Texas area very well. I have been highly satisfied with this home health agency. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!! Erica Clasby has lovingly and patiently cared for my parents in their home for over 10 years. She allowed My father to keep his dignity, and he considers her his 5th daughter.

Every single person at this company is amazing. They are helping us navigate some very difficult medical issues with our parents. Somehow they find a way to astonish me every day with their greatness. We would be drowning without them. They take customer service to a higher level than I've ever experienced with any company. I don't know how they do it, but they do and they do it better than anything I can imagine.

Ms Paula Gonzales" and she was fabulous. She always went the extra mile for me.

My Mom waited 3 months and never was assigned an attendant. She finally called Another agency. Not sure why this happened.

It has taken me years to try and let go of my horrible experience with Chambers . I still, after ,almost Three years , have many hellacious days, dealing with the memories of being lied to, and manipulated and into making, or I should say accepting decisions. They

Worst company ever. I had been put on home health after major spine surgery. Nurse came out day 1 from hospital release to introduce herself only. Day 2 I called because of high fever and severe pain was told nurse would call..never called even after repeated calls for 24 hrs. Day 3 I requested charge nurse was told she didn't work weekends. Went to ER was careflighted to Tyler septic and nearly died. I had a 104 fever over 24 hrs and never seen anyone beyond an introduction. I would not let this company attent a dying dog let along my loved one.

I've been told more than once that they would have me a provider that very week. A month later each time I haven't heard a word. I have just one leg and in a wheelchair and some things are almost impossible for me to do. I hate to leave a one star review but Chambers has made me feel less important than I already do.. I've worked hard all of my life and never expected to be treated in such a manner!!
