Excellent customer service. Jess was fab helping me with a new OneK helmet after a fall. She really went out of her way with the helmet replacement paperwork to ensure I had a safe helmet for my next lesson.
They did my helmet fitting ~1.5 yrs ago & I am so glad I chose this shop at that time. I usually shop online because of my work hours, but helmets are a bit challenging. It took them over an hour to find a helmet that fit me properly. They were knowledgeable and courteous. Having established a relationship with my initial fitting made the post-war helmet experience seamless.

We have been coming to this location for many years and have always received stellar service. We always buy our boots from Dover- they have friendly, knowledgeable and very patient fitters. We have had excellent customer service over the years- it’s a brand that stands behind its products. The people are lovely.

Super helpful. My daughter had a shoping spree for her Make-A-Wish and i cant thank the staff enough. Super knowledgeable, very kind, and great recommendations! Highly recommend going here if you need horse stuff!

I was surprised by some of the comments here, as I have never had a bad experience at Dover Ridgefield. Quite the opposite, in fact! Sarah Jane and Lindsey are two of the most helpful, knowledgeable and thorough employees I have had the pleasure of working with over the past five years. We are there regularly and they both always go out of their way to be honest and patient with any questions, fittings, and requests. I can not say enough fabulous things about this store.

*posting on my husbands account* but I absolutely h a v e to leave a five star. The ladies who run this shop deserve friggin awards. You can not and will not get 1, better customer service and 2, better brands and supplies. They purposely make sure that they are getting the best of the best so we can have the absolute best. I love Dover! I live and work on a horse farm and send every single customer I have to them because I know they just DO NOT fail!!!! Keep it up ladies!! (even though I know you already will)

Lindsey helped me get blankets for my horse last-minute and has gone the extra mile to help get them to me even when the store will be closed. 10/10 service for a boot fitting as well-- my Ariat's fit me like a glove. Also, they gave me an excellent sock recommendation-- the noble equestrian socks with foot padding. If you need to go to Dover, go here!

Dover Saddlery in Ridgefield CT is the jewel in the crown. They stand behind their products beyond belief, I'm so grateful for their help in finding a saddle that works for me. All the staff are super helpful and nice. Jessica manages that store with the best imaginable customer service experience. Great knowledge. Great product selection. Always a pleasure.

I had been out of the saddle for 16 years and needed a new helmet. The gear has changed A LOT. They were exceptionally well versed in the different brands and how to fit helmets. I am a difficult fit but two of the staff worked together to get me fitted in the best helmet for me. Really pleased with the service and expertise. I've been to both Dovers in CT and I prefer this one.

I stopped by this afternoon at closing time (actually after closing time!) and Sarah Jane gladly helped me exchange a shirt I had recently purchased for another size. This is old world retail & customer service at it's very best. Looking forward to shopping at Dover Saddlery again soon!

I Can not say enough about the customer service at this Dover store. Anastasia was so patient with my girls and I. Even helped us search for my youngest who decided to hide in the store. She helped me find winter riding pants for both girls and helped me purchase the pants without the girls knowing. Thanks Anastasia for helping us make Christmas a success.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Anastasia was the best! She truly went above and beyond! She was able to fit me in tall boots, which is a feat no other feed store or tack shop could accomplish in my home state! She fit me in Ariats no less! Which I didn't think was possible! She was so kind and patient! I wish I didnt live halfway across the country. Before this visit I had never been to brick and mortar dover store before, and I am extremely impressed! I would most visit this store again and will visit.
