I went to Sephora to do my makeup for a wedding I was attending. I made an appointment with Monica Murillo. It was my first time in this location as I was visiting this state for this wedding destination. She was truly amazing. She took the time to check what type of makeup will look the best on me. Offer suggestions on which colors will look better with the outfit. I was extremely impressed. My makeup was beautifully made. Everyone that I met at the party had to say something about the makeup. I definitely recommend her if you have any beauty makeup needs. She is the best! Thank you for making me feel welcome and for providing outstanding customer service and care. I recommend her 💯 percent!

I went to Sephora looking for Quai body wash and crème, Pierre was very helpful, friendly and attentive, he assisted my mom on putting the proper application on compact powder she loved it she even ended up purchasing the whole stock lol I highly recommend him he really knows the product well! Thanks to the manager Katie for promptly adjusting my account to Rouge, If you are visiting Woodlandhills Mall in Tulsa ask for Pierre he’s got you!!! A+++ plus thank you for the samples definitely perfect for travel!✈⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pierre is an absolute fragrance guru! I was looking for the perfect Mother’s Day gift, and told him that my mom liked the smell of Rose, and just with that information alone Pierre worked his magic. Not only did he introduce me some new fragrances I had never heard of, but he also took the time to understand my mom's preferences and suggested alternatives from the current fragrance she was wearing. His expertise and genuine care made the experience a 10/10.

Pierre was amazing at showing me the best technique to use on getting my brows in order! I needed HELP and he delivered! He actually spent the time to show me how to use the best brow product for my goals and that doesn’t happen often in fast paced retail environments. Thank you Pierre for your professionalism and good conversation!

5/5 stars for the taller pretty blonde lady and her alone. She was dealing with some customer refund issue, acknowledged and showed kindness to the rest of us in line while working alone, directed another customer to pickup orders, and managed the rest of her team gracefully all at once. If a phone is ringing and your coworker is clearly busy while there’s 5 other people in line then you should answer it no? She had to ask her teammates MULTIPLE times to pick up the phone while dealing with everything else going on. Not to mention asking them to take the register when 5 people were in line while she was working with another customer. I want her to know that we all saw what grace, grit, and kindness she had in that moment 🙌.

While browsing Pierre helped answer my questions about the products they have and which products would be best for my skin type, which is something I’ve always had trouble with while looking for makeup. He was extremely knowledgeable about makeup all while making me laugh and having amazing customer service!! I would recommend anyone to go to this location just based on how great he was!

My name is Jessica I am a client of Pierre he has always helped me choose what makeup is best for me and looks the most perfect. I am a very picky girl when it comes to my makeup. He is very knowledgeable about all kinds of makeup he loves helping pick out what is best for someone. What I really love about him is he doe not mind spending time helping someone find what they need. Hopefully Sephora will find someone like Pierre to do makeup here at the Woodland Hills mall I would let him do my makeup. Pierre not only has the most beautiful eye lashes I’ve ever seen but he taught me how to do my make up quickly and gave me some of the best tips!! 10 out 10 would recommend!! Thank you Pierre I now feel confident that I can look stunning and do it every day!

Pierre and Zion helped me alot when I was trying to figure things out. They both were very kind! Pierre gave me the best tips! Zion is hardworking and great at what she does, she helped me with no complains eventhough I had so many questions.

I had an AMAZING experience at this location!! I was immediately greeted and helped. I had two young ladies named Alicia & NiNi help me and both were very knowledgeable in makeup and fragrance. Will definitely be returning here!

I've always felt intimidated coming into the store just because I don't feel like the workers seem nice but yesterday I came in and ended up getting help by Pierre. He had such a bright and happy smile and it made everything way more comfortable than I would have expected.He ended up helping me find THE perfect foundation!! With new tips and techniques on how to apply it for different finish so I really feel like I was getting my money's worth. I will be coming back to get advice from him. So so grateful for his help!!!

Very happy with my visit. Picked up an online order. Women working there are very attentive and nice. I did not have to wait in line due to ordering ahead. Beautiful store with many employees to help customers find what they are looking for. I am looking for new fragrances to wear since I have worn the same one for years. I was happy with the recommendations I was given. I bought foundation, powder and a lip kit that I wanted from Charlotte Tisbury. I love the HUGE SELECTION that this store has and also the experts help finding the things I want. Its nice to have people help you to match your proper foundation colors etc. I have only good to say about this store. Always happy with my purchases and the customer service that I recieve!!

I had a great experience at Sephora-Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa! Nini made my whole shopping experience such a fun time! She was super helpful and listened to my concerns and recommended a great skin tint! Above and beyond is an understatement!

Diane did a great job very her friendly customer service. I was able to ask her anything without hesitation. Matt was so sweet to did my eye brows right away with some great techniques that I'll be applying to my eye brow game. He's phenomenal! Please treat these two employees with utmost quality care.

Who doesn't love Sephora?😂 They are knowledgeable and always have some sort of promotion going on! Very nice customer service and you can earn points and receive free items🤗 I will be returning 😉

I visited this location and it amazed me that staff are very helpful. There were two staff that highlighted my experience. "Katy" (It spelled like this) and the tall security guy that jumped in to help at the counter for guests check-out. I appreciate Ms. Katy/Kyla's honesty and she is very knowledgeable about their products. She also was patient with me finding the best skin tone is not very easy for me. In the end, I chose her first recommendation. For the security guard, I did not get his name, but he has great work ethics and took the proper call to assist the cashiers to lessen the wait time for their guests. Great team!
