I have had my mail held for a week or more when I personally have been away and it is always delivered for when I arrive home. My mail person is Fabulous. I wish I knew her name.

Yes had issue not getting mail not sure gentlman name but called me back same night wanted to thank him at post office.

Friendly and courteous staff, always have answers to any questions. PO boxes, shipping boxes and accessories available.

Dont bother getting insurance on you package. No one will talk to you about your claim. No one answers phones. One person actually hung up on me. You have to prove what you shipped. The value. How you paid for what you shipped. Receipts, pictures of what was shipped, the address label. I provided a receipt but it didnt indicate the form of payment so I was denied. The PO insisted they delivered the package but they couldnt prove it and the adressee never received the package.

The lady Jackie is very grumpy. I went in to do a return on some items purchased, she acted annoyed because of the state of the bag I was sending the return in. The bag was fine, just needed a little tape to close it up. She told me, Ill tape it up for you this time but you'll need to bring your own tape next time. It was more than obvious she was so annoyed by this and acted as she was doing me a huge favor.

Looks like I'll be going to the rio grande post office I came in to ask a question, the lady gave me attitude and took her time attending me. If you don't want to work there then simply find another job.NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.
