Always come here when I am in town the staff is very friendly and helpful never used the car wash but the gas is good and cheap

The morning gas attendant(6-2) young black male Reese I believe his name is very nice, respectful and always smiling when taking care of customers. I love her spirit thank you for your kindness. The lady from 2-10 also has very nice people skills, she was very kind to me and my family while she was pumping our gas. Glad to have ran into good hard working people who actually loves their jobs. Thank you for the Great service

Great prices and awesome customer service! The gentlemen that pumped my gas yesterday was very friendly and funny, he had my kids and I laughing! The lady working there was cleaning the parking lot and was very sweet, she gave us a big smile and a wave as we pulled in and out. It was nice to see smiling faces and people happy to be at work! Will certainly be getting my gas from the North Cape May BP for now on.

Such a pleasure getting gas in the morning with the nice young man you hired. So funny great service hes. Out there at. Lunch time also with so many cars in line smiling at everyone and working so hard! Its nice to see young people full of smiles and so proud of themselves make sure to tip!

Reese was an outstanding employee when faced with brutal and offensive conduct of a patron. This man issued racial slurs and more negative comments in a public area if the gas pumps. At no time did Reese lose her temper or respond at his low level.
She is an exemplary employee and should be acknowledged on her handling of a situation which could have ended with violence by the patron’s hands.

The above event occurred on Sunday morning July 4th weekend.

I must say 1st and 2nd shift customer service is awesome! ... this will keep me coming back!

I used the car wash here many times without issue in the past but the condition of this car wash has been getting worse over time. This car wash should be closed down if it doesn't work.

The last time I went to use the car wash it had no soap, the side rollers didn't spin, the top roller didn't move, and it left big black streaks all over my car. So, only go to this car wash if you want your car dirtier when it comes out the other end of it.

July 1, 2022 at approximately 8:45 I went to fill up my tank. Both gas attendants, male and female, were extremely rude. The female had trouble entering in the information for my credit card. I asked if she wanted help and she stormed away getting the male to enter my information. When we went to leave he said to me to please be more patient next time. I replied stating I was never impatient I just wanted to help her because my card can be confusing. He then cut me off saying don’t interrupt me you need to be more patient. I once again said I wouldn’t ever be rude to anyone and then he cut me off again stating to never come back how “us tourists shouldn’t be coming down here. Well I’m actually not a “tourist” I live down here part time. I do not need to be harassed while paying for my gas to be pumped. I will not get gas there every again. Completely out of line, rude, and disrespectful. I would not want either of them representing my company.

I was there on Fri to get gas for 20 dollars, and the gas attendant was rude to me; I asked him why you rude to people, and he did not say anything back. I work in retail, and this is terrible customer service; on top of this, he put gas, then it was over gas. I have a new SUV showing 275 miles for a full tank, but He want to fill it up. It was 291 miles as that awful thing wanted it over gas and could break the gas tank or make a leak issue; he did a few times before I was there but let it go into now.

Saturday morning Nov. 19 10:45 The rudest little Boy I've ever come across. I am a regular customer here , live down the street, but have never seen this guy. I pulled in once, he said this pump not working. I left to come back later , pulled in to a different pump --- he says not working. I rearrange and ask him if he might put cones where pumps don't work. He says you worry about getting gas and I'll take care of my station. I left. I will always go to Conoco down the street in the future.

I couldn’t get Gad since the male or a female whatever he/she,was really rude from the beginning told me to turn my car off, I said ok the ask since when they started doing that? He/she reply with an attitude that she doesn’t know where I’m from but over here they turn the car off when pumping gas, then I ask why she had an attitude if she was ok? She said why I’m asking? Then unplug my pump and didn’t put gas and told me since this was my car to just go and not get gas

Was I scammed?? This was my go to station & never had a problem. Usually use my debit card, but today I had cash. Just got a quick $30, but when I drove away, nothing registered on my gas guage. Drove down the road a couple of blocks thinking that it would register, nothing. Went back to the same pump, the attendant told me she put it in, maybe it was my gauge. Told her to put in another $10, I wanted to see if it was a guage problem. The $10 registered, but still no $30. Asked for her boss's phone number, I was given a disconnected number. A few minutes later, she was on the phone with him, so I asked her for that number. She told me that her boss told her, if I had a problem, to call the cops. I again asked for the number she was talking to him on& she gave me another bogus number. So I did call the LT police & filed a report.

The gas attendant was extremely rude this morning. My friend dropped the card giving it to him and he yelled saying “oh it must be all the weed”? This was very inappropriate since we do not smoke and that is something you don’t say to someone. He was taking very long to take out the pump out of the car so we decided to take it out ourselves, he continued to yell at us and tell us we can’t do that and that we are high, mind you we are from pa so we are used to pumping our own gas. I am not sure if he was in his right mind or what but we did not have a good experience with this worker at all.

Gas attendants working tonight at 7pm, June 30 were very rude. My husband requested additional gas ($25 more) and the attendant said him and his wife are not going to keep coming and adding more gas. Um?? This was our go to gas station. We will just get gas elsewhere.

Rude and incapable gas station attendant could not use our postal code, even we told how him how to do it. He was overwhelmed with the EsCape triathlon athletes and did not fill our tank.

Went thru the car wash and spent 8.00 for dirty water to be sprayed on my truck. No soap. My truck ended up dirtier then when i went there. How does a car wash not have soap????
