Summerville Stables

Great location and we had a blast over the weekend . We were able to visit the Wallowa Lake and spend a great time when we came back home although, it was an hour and half way drive but it was well worth it. It help from having to drive a 3 hour drive from the lake.

All the animals at this Summerville Stables were super friendly.

Great place. Took my 2-yr daughter out here a day early for a pumpkin patch but we wandered around and interacted with the animals. Came back the next day for the festivities and had a ball. Everyone was super nice from the stables.

Awesome! Kids had a great time at the Stables 10/08, plenty to do.
Activies - Hay rides, pull wagons, pedal quad bikes, bouncy house, bouncy slide, hay structure with slide, pumpkin painting, pumpkin bowling, horse rides, smores.
Animals -Horses, ponies, donkeys, cows, goats, chickens, barn cats, kittens, and 2 mastiffs.
Refreshments - cotton candy, lemonade, hot cocoa & hot cider.
Definitely a fun, family friendly environment.

Love this stable! It is kept clean, people are nice, and cats are friendly!

The stables are beautiful and atmosphere very nice. However I took my horse there for a month for training and I'm sorry to say, I don't believe he was not ridden much. I went out several times through the month and he was always in his pen. I received no feedback on my horse whatsoever. I let them know ahead of time when I'd be there to pick my horse up at the end of the month and still no communication. When i came to pick my horse up no one came out, no follow up, nothing. It took me no time at all to realize my horse had made no progress. I took him elsewhere for continued training and they agreed he did not appear to have any recent training. He's been at this place for a month and the difference is amazing. This is very disappointing and I feel ripped off. This was an expensive mistake. If I were reviewing for training I'd give 1 star only. I gave 3 stars because of good care, great facility.

It was ok 10$ per person was pretty steep for what there was to offer the person taking the money at the entrance seem a little off but all and all kids had an ok time

Owner is just one person! One mean person that is rude to children when they cry.
