Aerus of West Hartford

We ordered a Beyond Guardian Air purifier. We had a great experience with the sales team. When we set up the machine, there was a drone sound form a vibration. Carl came to the house and agreed it was an issue and replaced the unit on the spot! Cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Vinny Aspromonti and his team are excellent at what they do. We had an urgent problem with Arsenic in our well water and Vinny and the rest of the Aerus team helped resolve our problem quickly and effectively. He was able to get our water tested twice to confirm and then they installed the equipment right away and got me 0% interest free financing to fit our budget.

Did a super job, very friendly, very knowledgeable. They know what they're doing.

Service was excellent. Technician was helpful and explain maintenance schedules. Thanks for help.

I can't in good conscience recommend Aerus of West Hartford. Becareful....

I brought my electrolux in to be cleaned and was talked into getting it refurbished, which is fine. My problem is that when I came in to pick up the machine it had no hose. It didn't strike me as odd until I got home. When I called I was told the technician had checked the box 'vacumm only'. I was told that 'they have a system' and that 'their inventory wasn't off'. I know they are wrong because I'm not smart enough to detach a hose from a vacuum before bringing it into be serviced. I brought in a vacuum(and hose) what I picked up was a component (vacuum only). Now I have a refurnished vacuum with no hose. Great. I will not give them more $ to buy a hose and am buying a replacement FB marketplace. I can't in good conscience recommend Aerus of West Hartford. Becareful....

employees lie to you you about shipping time. i ordered a hose for my electrolux model g for 100 dollars and they told me it would take 5-8 business days. while guess what its been 8 business days and my hose still has not arrived. when i called to check on my order status the employees acted like i was wasting there time

I called to see if they had a part and was quoted a price. I tried to verify the hours and was spoken to extremely rudely because I quoted the wrong closing time. He told me they had been closing at 5:00 for 20 years. Okay then. I don't give my business to rude people.

All fake reviews unfortunately! My wife had a bad experience, Aerus is definitely not like the old electrolux. It is dishonest to have so many fake reviews. Very sad!

The person working refused to wear a mask so I was not able to shop there safely.
