I’ve never had a bad experience using this post office. A couple of times a clerk added shipping tape to my packages without my asking. I was grateful! At my retirement home, packages are scanned immediately when picked up. I’ve never had mail lost. I’ve dashed to add forgotten mail as they walk out our front door and they were ok with it. They’re polite; I’m not looking for fake smiles and scripted verse, anyway.

I've always found them very helpful and courteous. (I am of a different "race" than they, but noone seems to care!)

The clerks (Joyce and Viereck) are always professional and courteous. They always give me the best options to ship my packages and letters. I appreciate their wonderful service. The facilities are always pristine.

I had to send a few things back to a sender, but the label wasn't valid anymore. the person at the counter helped me out and was still able to send it. No wait, thankfully. I do recommend this branch.

First of all I would like to let you all know that this location is not the location that delivers your mail and packages.This location only does PO Boxes and they do a superb job in doing that and they also sell stamps and whatever needs you have on the counter .The facility that you need to review is the one at Green Springs Carrier Facility at 285 Snow Drive .You're giving this location a very bad rating which it does not deserve

I didnt recieve package as indicated by tracking info. They were incredibly helpful and reasonably prompt investigating the packages where abouts. Concluded with my recieving package only 3 days later than estimated by Amazon.

I've had great experiences at this location lately. Looks like the new staff has made a difference:)

I will say the lady is efficient. Wants to get the job done but that it. There was no greetings of any kind, not even a smile. She Barely spoke. I would expect a better attitude especially in the times we’re in now. A smile goes a long way miss, might even makes your day go a bit faster, nicer and make someone day a little better! Kindness is free.

Been on hold for about 50 minutes uggghhhhh

After several call backs I'm back on hold again uggghhhhh, the girl that was helping first just left me on hold abs left for the day smh

Takes 2 weeks for my items to ship. Not sure if they are short staffed or what. Crazy I even have to pay for shipping. Could have walked it to the sending address quicker. Save yourself some time and go to the Mountain Brook location.

I have never had a problem with my mail til this past wk my SSC AND business bank card never made it to my mailbox an I have reached out more than once an no one has contacted me out of all my mail only these two items missing nothing else all my other mail show up an I wonder what’s really going on
