I spoke to Mr. Barnes about possibly repairing my old and out-of-date PC. I had a lot of questions for him as well about upgrading some of my hardware. After a very informative conversation with him, he gave me some great recommendations about where to wisely spend my money. Unfortunately, it wasn't with him. He was very honest and upfront with me which I very much appreciated. I ended purchasing a laptop from Amazon right after speaking with him. I ended getting exactly what I needed at a great price because of him and what he told me to look for. His customer service was on point. I didn't even spend a dime with him, but he spent time on me. I would highly recommend him.

When it comes to computers, Bill is one of the very best at what he does. I was having an issue with my laptop and brought it to Bill and he not only diagnosed the problem but was wonderful in answering all my questions and giving advice for preventing future issues. Very professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. I will be bringing my computer to Barnes Computer Services every time i have an issue from this point forward. Very satisfied customer. Highly recommend.
