Years ago, I was a proud pool owner and thought I knew everything there was to know to keep it clean. I’d been a homebrewer and a fish tank owner and thought my chemistry knowledge was pretty solid. Be that as it may… Keeping the pool clean was always a battle. I am realizing now, that part of the problem was that I had not yet met JJ from Leslie‘s pool supply in Carmichael. This guy is a genius, and after 30 minutes, talking to him, I learned more than I ever learned in all the years of being a pool owner. When I think of the time and money I could’ve saved myself if had just met JJ sooner… Well, it’s just depressing. Suffice it to say I will be going to see him with any pool questions I have from now on. I cannot recommend him and Leslie’s pool supply in Carmichael enough. If you have a pool or are taking care of one, save yourself a lot of time and headache (and money) and go see JJ at Leslie’s pool supply as soon as possible. You will be glad you did!

Item I went there for was completely out of stock, though most everything else seemed well stocked. The staff member there not only checked another store for availability but even called them to confirm. Plus he answered a question I had. Couldn't have asked for better service. Staff at other store was friendly and helpful also.

Michael and April are amazing. Every time we have had a problem they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and fixed our problem immediately. Today we were having a problem with the pool sweep and April fixed it within minutes. We will not go anywhere else for our pool needs! They are the best!

The guys that work here are awesome...there is a closer leslies to me but i choose this one for the staff ....google is asking me to update my review....sooo as of 4/2022 i feel the same way

Christopher and Josh went out of their way to help me. When I got home from work my capacitor on my pool pump was blown. I called my normal guys and he wouldn't answer his phone. Leslie pools answered their phone and I will bring them all of my chlorine supplies and pool machine business. Christopher answered the phone, and in the store found the right capacitor for me and Josh hand trucked the chlorine and loaded in my truck. Thank you so much

Just bought a house with my first pool and of course have a lot to learn. Walked into the Carmichael store thinking I was in way over my head and should probably get a pool guy, but I always prefer to DIY if I can, and I can't say enough about the customer service and honest advice I've been getting from JJ there. The guy really knows his stuff and the Leslie's instructions are simple, and the chemicals easy to use even for a complete beginner and without having even knowing the measurements of my pool. I've already learned so much from him and within two weeks have turned what was a cesspool of a lake in my backyard into a crystal blue pool that I am now so comfortable taking care of!! I'm a big fan of Leslie's as a result and as JJ promised, will never need to worry about getting a pool guy!!

The staff have been immensely helpful. Their expertise has allowed me to maintain my hot tub with no prior knowledge whatsoever.

Prices are always too high but being able to go in and make sure the pieces the one that I need is worth it. Knowledgeable staff who knows what I want.

This is my go to place for any problems I have with my above ground pool.Water test is free and they always solve my water balance problems,always very friendly too.
