Tucker provided me the best customer service. Went above and beyond. You can tell he loves his job. His boss Issac was very helpful too. Neng installed my new pool equipment and did a great job. It shows he knows the equipment. Great team. Love this store.

I have just had the best experience purchasing and having a new pool pump installed.
The sale I did over the phone since I sort of knew what I was looking for and the next day went into the store and the lady named Diane at the store was great. Very informative and helpful and great customer service.
When the guy named Joel came out to install the new pump, he was one of the best service techs I have ever worked with. He was pleasant, professional and very conscientous about the job he was doing. I noticed as he changes some pipes for me that he used a level to make sure everythng was plumb. I actually enjoyed the time he was here because of his friendly/professional nature. - I told him that if I ever need sevice again, I intend to ask for him specifically. I have had other people do work for me that I would not think to ask for a second time. Joel was great.
