I was there twice in one week and both times I was greeted by Jeff. It was super busy and throughout the whole ordeal he answered every question and helped me until my purchase.
He’s patient, friendly, and just nice to be around. He’s always working so you may see him zip throughout the store but he notices you.
Don’t get rid of him. He makes the whole shoe-buying process for people with common sizes like me.... way less painful and the store more inviting.

Went there last Thursday for an exchange of sneakers for my little one, the salesperson Kelsey was so nice & helpful. She got him sized & ordered his new sneakers to be delivered & delivery was super quick! Thank you so much!
