Just want to say a special thank you to the team at the Hagerstown, MD Valley Mall location for answering the phone when I called in search of the Tasman Ugg slippers and giving me good news that a shipment had been received today and they had what I was looking for. They even offered to hold them for me as I was already on my way there. So grateful for friendly service during the Holiday's. My kids are going to be so happy.

Great selection! Very helpful associate. Was able to order the shoe we wanted, that wasn’t in stock, and have it sent to our house with no shipping costs.

Place was forced to stay open during an active shooting. Everyone working there was scared for obvious reasons. Whoever the district manager is that told them to stay open deserves to be homeless
