They do a great job. They are friendly, helpful, and competent (being competent is pretty important) I have been to two different locations and both were great!

Last minute decision to get a new iPhone battery while I was in town. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Estimated 30-60 minutes and they came in under the hour. Good price and the phone is back to holding a great charge.

I made an appointment online to have a new battery put into my phone.
When I arrived at the store, I was courteously helped and told to come
back in an hour and a half. It was ready when I came back and it

I suggest that you make an appointment online. I arrived, they had the parts ready. They checked the phone in meticulously. I had it back in 2 hours while I finished my grocery shopping. All the staff were top notch. Very satisfied.

Called about fixing my pixel 3. The person was very honest and helpful and patient with me. Even though I didn't commit to fix my phone there, he gave me all the information and even recommended me to go through insurance because of my phone screen being so expensive! So definitely will recommend!! Thank you!

It went very well, easy to schedule and appointment, got a discount for scheduling an appointment on line. My phone was ready in the time they told me, even earlier than expected. They are less expensive to replace phone batteries that regular phone repair stores.

Good service. Nice people. When I signed up online for an appt, they neglected to mention it would take 40 minutes to change the cell phone battery but luckily, Beyond Bread is next door so we just had lunch while we waited.

I wish I got the name of the person who helped me. I think he was the manager, but whoever he was, he truly impressed me. Great and speedy service, quality work, and focused on building relationships for long-term service versus trying to get quick sales. I’ll be back for sure!

Friendly faces, who were understandably hesitant about my phone as there wasn't a way to get a new back. My screen was failing and cracked like a California highway, they got the screen replaced, new frame, and managed to salvage the back without issue. If I need this service again for any device, they'll be getting the business, hands down.

The repair was scheduled and repaired very quickly. The cost was a fraction of what Apple wanted to charge. It just goes to show you a name is not the end all like it used to be. I will return for other repairs and items.
