Gus (William) was amazing, He did a great job helping my daughter and son-in-law get a phone set up for my grandson. 😃 I will go to Gus again when I need help!

When I got to the store it had just opened and Christina had a line of customers ready to be helped. She did a great job of communicating with all customers. She had a smile the whole time and offered great customer service while getting everyone take care of very quickly. Great job!

I had an excellent experience at the Lamar Ensignal dealing with Hannah and Skylar today. They helped me and my kid both get into new devices as well as providing superb customer service in a professional manner. Definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area with phone issues or looking for service with a smile.

Fantastic experience today with Christina at the Lamar Verizon store. We threw a pretty difficult issue her way and she solved it like a champion. She was great to work with and keep us happy and laughing through the whole process!

I had a wonderful experience from Candice and all the staff at the Verizon store recently. Friendly, efficient, honest, helpful, and made something that is generally a stressful experience so much better than expected.

S U P E R HELPFUL STAFF. They explained things well, csught up our new phones with old info. I didn't quite catch some of the details but they were patient and explained again. Everything made sense and they saved us a huge amount of money we didn't realize we could get when we turned in our old phones.

We’ve always dreaded going into the store and have tried to do everything on line. I’m glad we choose to go in again it was our best experience yet at the store. Christina and the other two employees were friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and willing to help until we were satisfied and accomplished what we came in for.

I am so happy with the customer service that I receive every time I walk in the door. Christina is always so patient and fun with me. She knows that I am not tech savvy and is always willing to help me. This by far is my favorite Verizon store.

Jessica Ritter was amazing. She was able to upgrade my phone to the best on the market, with very little cost to me. Also I was able to get a tablet and a watch. She was so kind and patience, she took her time and did it correctly. She worked through her lunch and never complained. I really love that store. I reccomend if you need a smart device that you go there.

Christopher is very knowledgeable about smart phone products. He’s very professional in his work place. So thankful that he helped me twice in one day! I will gladly go back to Russell Cellular for future services!!

Candice is very sincere and considerate. She provided items requested quickly, and offered additional friendly assistance if I needed at a later time. Accessories are always in stock and affordable.

Came in to get a new device after ordering one on line but needing it today to run my oil ordering and marketing business. Came Into the Lamar Store and somehow the online order hindered them from doing it in store so I got it today. After working with them they got everything resolved even things their customer service department didn't. I didn't appreciate the customer service rep I spoke to and they are very lucky this team was able to make this happen before hearing from my boss. Great effiecent staff all 3 so happy with today's visit!

Service was great. I have been in a couple times and didn’t have the best of luck. Thought I would try one more time. I meet Jessica who was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed. I will most certainly be back to do business with her.

Hannah and Skylar were great to work with, we came up from Springfield and let them know ahead of time but they waited after hours so we could get 2 upgrades. They didn't rush through anything, transferring all our content and explaining how to use each device. Very pleased with today's visit to this store, letting everyone in Springfield with Verizon know to work with Hannah or Skylar as they are efficient and know their stuff.
