Filet Mignon was prepared to perfection!! The beef is bought local. Absolutely best steak we have had!! The loaded baked potato was divine!! The bacon 😋…yum!!!!! Homemade rolls very good!! Manager surprised us with cheesecake on the house for our Anniversary. What a sweet spot in Lamar, CO!! (Should have taken my photos before we cut into steaks but forgot!)

What a wonderful dinning experience! The steak was cooked to perfection and I actually cut mine with a butter knife. Extremely tender juice and delicious. Fresh baked potatoe with the “works” served on the side. We ordered the “wedge” salad and it was so fresh cold and delicious. Their foods are displayed beautifully! This is an extremely clean and an excellent atmosphere to relax and dine in. Excellent food service and drink. It doesn’t get any better!

I cook myself and can never find a good tasting steak when eating out. Not the story here loved the steak and baked potato. Stop here because my wife and I was sending off her sister for college. So after a 8.5 hour drive it’s a great place to eat. Thanks you to the staff and cooks. Hope to see you again.

We are traveling through and chose here for dinner. My mixed drink was made perfectly. The bacon wrap rib eye was cooked exactly as we wanted. Highly recommend

I sat in the bar on a Thursday night, just me. I ordered a smoky old fashioned and it was amazing. Smoky at the start and the orange peel zest at the end really finished off the sweetest. Well done. In terms of food I got the KC Strip Surf and Turf. I never get to eat out but the staff was attentive and I enjoyed my experience immensely. Having someone cook for you is always a bonus but it's even better when they do it well. Keep up the good work Chophouse!

I read all the reviews and still ate here. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly, baked potato had an attention to detail where the sour cream was served separately as it’s traditionally cold. Drinks are poured consistently.

Colorado's hidden gem! Delicious, reasonably priced and the staff is super nice! $23 filet mignon, he'll yeah I'll be back!

This was the very Best Ribeye Steak I have ever tasted. Great portion size and just perfect in every way; taste, marbling,cooked.

The food has been wonderful all three times I've eaten here. Great tasting drinks and they will try to make anything you want! Wait staff is very kind and attentive, definitely deserves 5 stars. Also has the greatest outdoor seating!

Nice meal good steaks, Wedge Salad short on lettuce, long on blue cheese crumbles, and how hard I'd it to make your own Blue Cheese dressing rather than put a Ken's container on the plate?

A great find on our road trip! The cheese board was one of the best I have had. The house-made cheesecake was incredible - a lovely end to our meal.
