From a clinical stand point, very busy office, but to be expected when there are so many companies to provide care for. Worth the wait if there is one. Staff is well trained and really know their stuff. Positive attitudes and dedicated to what they do. Thank you for your service.

Talk about night and day difference :) OMA is best, this place took 20 minutes and were super friendly and very professional Never going back to the other place I went to before. Went to healthworks and took me almost 3 hours and they lost my sample almost costing me my job. So lesson learned Occupation GOOD and Healthworks BAD.

First a UA Test. They are the best in town! In and out in 30 minutes. Passed and needed a DOT Physical next. In and out in 90 minutes and the best price in town on both! Highly recommend!!!!!

Went in for an immunization. I was checked in right away. The staff were friendly and professional. This is a busy place. The wait time was about average for a busy clinic.

In and out in 30+ minutes and cheapest in town. Don't go w/o making an appointment and be there on the days where there are 2 doctors serving

Super slow, I got here early so as to get the paperwork done, I had an appointment at 9AM, it is 10:17 and I still haven't been seen.

Waiting 20 minutes and still have not been seen.

Staff are really rude, hate their jobs and people. They profile, harass and will follow you out to your car. They literally will sniff your piss to test for legitimacy, and throw out a sample (without testing). It’s an unprofessional, inaccurate joke. They treat people like criminals. They take their sweet time, so be sure to take half a day off of work for this. Make sure you pee nice and loud for them, because they are listening. Pee sniffers.

This place cost me a job. I went in to take a drug test, produced the correct amount and because i was hydrated and my piss didn’t smell super strong they dumped my sample. Seeing that I already took my test, I didn’t have to pee again yet they made me stay until I had to. When I did, I was unable to produce enough so they automatically failed my test. Complete BS. They are lucky they aren’t getting sued. This is crazy. Don’t go here if you can avoid it

I had brain cancer and from the radiation 2 years ago and chemotherapy I was left with the feeling of always needing to pee which effin sucks enough and I'm also not from this town so it took me forever to find it (ended next door first) I got here and asked the lady if I could use the bathroom before hand and she treated me like some criminal and told me I was next in line. 6 patients and 30 minutes later here I am holding my bladder to the best of my ability.. The customer service field is hurting because of the people like the ones employed by this facility. (update still sitting here, I got tired of being lied to and treated like a criminal and sternly asked for the keys and I had to run to the bathroom) I will NEVER return to this place.

If I could I would give them below 0 stars!!!! Facility don't know what they are doing including sight manager Jame or Jeanne... Had a horrible experience with random drug screen!!! They don't even follow Federal Motor Carer protocol and DOT requirements. I'm sure they won't go to far with this costumer service and patient care. BBB, OSHA and Health Department will get involved with our experience of service in our case.

Had an appointment scheduled for 10am showed up 15 minutes. It's 1130 and still waiting to be seen. Someone cancelled because they have been waiting for a couple hours now. Someone should reevaluate their time management skills.

I waited 1.5 hours to prove I could lift 50 pounds for a job. When I finally got called back the process took (not exaggerating) 30 seconds. I will NEVER go there by choice.

I went in to do a drug test and my first sample was illegally rejected based on smell. Was told that i mist make another sample and again there was no smell and was accepted, this is 100% illegal and if anyone goes to this clinic and receives the same claim hold your ground and stand up for your rights. Also there were two males and two females in the clinic and every man was told to pee again and all women we only tested once. AGAIN IT 8S ILLEGAL TO REJECT URINE SAMPLES BASED ON FOAM OR ODOR!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE IF ANYONE ELSE RECEIVES SAME TREATMENT PULL OUT YOUR PHONE AND RECORD THEIR REASONING FOR THE REJECTION BASED ON ODOR OR FOAM. IT IS ILLEGAL AND THERE SHOULD BE CONSEQUENCES FOR THIS CLEARLY ILLEGAL PROFILING AND REJECTION.
