Dr Schmidt is an excellent doctor, he listens and truly has your best interests in mind when he makes a decision. I highly recommend him and his professional staff.

I can’t remember if I posted a review after “graduating” from the office but if I already did then they still deserve a second one. I thought my life was over when I began to experience severe, daily pain but Dr. Schmidt helped me to take slow and deliberate steps toward being pain free and I am forever grateful for that. I felt seen and heard by all of the staff, and Dr. Schmidt gave me attainable goals throughout my recovery. Not only am I able to manage the sensations in my body now, but my mental health is amazing and my life is better now than before my injury. Dr. Schmidt is a calming presence and I felt at ease in his office even after other places had failed me. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you so much for helping me to get my life back!

Dr. Schmidt is a very professional but understanding doctor. He bent over backwards to find out what was going on with my replaced knee and stayed with it until it was fixed. I wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone else. I would recommend his office to anyone that needed to find a doctor. His staff is the best in the business also!!!!!

Doctor Schmidt was the light at the end of a difficult tunnel for me. I floated in the system for almost two years before my work counselor recommended him. When I meet with Doctor Schmidt he said we are going to hit this hard and heavy, and we sure did. Even though I spent the next four years with him and eventually ended up with pension. He help me through every step. He never gave up on me. I thank him and his staff for everything they did.

I will have more to write after my case closes. However Jennifer Payette has been with me for 2 years and counting. She fights for my health and accommodates my need. She is a great listener and super friendly person. She knows more about me that other people do. I'm so happy she is on the case with me and get me to where I need to be. Thanks so much!!!

Dr. Schmidt has helped me tremendously with my L&I injury. He helped me navigate the process. I switched to him from another doctor and switching was the best thing for me. Dr Schmidt is the best dr ever ( even though he is a Kansas City Chiefs fan) lol had to throw that at ya Doc! He is a dr that will fight for his patients. After dealing with countless doctors following my injury, I was accustomed to not being heard and treated like I was just getting pushed through a revolving door. Dr. Payette took the time to listen and make me feel comfortable. She genuinely cares. The whole staff for that matter. From greeting me, until my appointment was through. I cant express enough how grateful I am for Dr Payette and the whole staff.

If you have a work related injury this is the best place in Spokane I promise you they will take care of your needs beyond normal offices and practices. I encourage you to go if you ever are hurt at work I hope not but if you do go here you won't be disappointed.
