Ankur was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Even when a customer behind us was being rude. He remained polite and professional. Recommend this guy for a raise in pay.

I know I’m a bit late but i just wanted to say Deanna was so helpful finding me a new phone after it got stolen the very same day. She was super informative and kind to me and was willing to help me the best she can. Overall great customer service!

So apparently T-Mobile bought Sprint and after months of texts saying I need to update my SIM card in my trusty 7+, I found the courage to quest to the T-Mobile store get the good stuff. Long story short, they were terribly sassy with me, while shutting me down on that SIM, saying I needed that iPhone 13, and they needed my money. I told them that I need my money more, and politely declined their proposal while they rolled their eyes. (Except for Lamar…you my Boi). I then remembered I’m actually a Boost customer and there’s a Boost store in town, so I don’t need that TMobile store and their sass.

After a light snack and some hype music, I moseyed over to the Boost store and was promptly greeted by Anup and his finely groomed beard. I had high hopes and he delivered like a champ! It took about an hour of updates before everything was working, but that was because I had been ignoring them updates as faithfully as I ignore my wife. Anup hung with it and worked his magic all while seamlessly helping a constant stream of customers in various moods. I was honestly ready to just give up and spring for that 13, but he was confident he could get it working. And when a man with that kind of beard is confident in something, you listen. Well working it is, and now I’ll trust Anup until the bitter end. Thanks for the help Anup, and more importantly, thanks for the memories.

So I went in today to just ask questions. The two guys in there, I think one was a trainee, either way both were all smiles and very informative. It seemed like they were genuinely going out of their way to save me and my family money. Now I'm sure it was just to make the sale but they definitely quoted me a price a lot lower than I had though we was about to pay. I'll be stopping by later in the week for sure.

Excellent service. He activated a new phone from different carrier. Keep my old number and gave me a good deal on a case. He also managed to transfer all my data within 30 minutes and I was out of there with a new device!

The store is brand new as well. Really neat and excellent customer service

Kela is an an amazing associate she was very helpful and she got All our Lines done in a timely mannor and if she had a error she knew Just what to do... Shew!!! i was dreding comming into the store because i thought JOHN was Still working at the store... Guys He is No Longer Here they have really did a great turn over in the c-burg store and you have a great Team now Justin was assisting a customer as well and they was very happy with how he helped them as well he makes sure that they cominicate and get there job done very happy So please keep these two and if they Ask for a pay increase or if they have a problem Fix it dont let them quit...

Kela Horsey was so helpful and polite. I had issues while trying to add lines to my account and she took care of it like it was no problem I just wanted to let you know she was amazing

John C. Is amazing to work with!! Not only did he stay 2 hours after the store closed to help up get our phones working properly but he was very entertaining the whole time we were there!! We are so glad we switched to Boost Mobile :)

LOVE this store! The store is very clean and welcoming! Kela is VERY helpful and goes the extra mile for you! She is very knowledable and knows her job well! Boost plans are AWESOME and very affordable! No other provider can come close to their deals! They offer all the latest phones even the Iphone X which is cheaper than most carriers! Go check out this store and ask for Kela she will make sure you leave satisfied!

Didn't accomplish what I needed to the first time ran out of time but when I came back Ankur of the cburg store helped me with everything and he was Fantastic!!!! And the service is wonderful!!!!

Best Boost mobile store for miles around. Best customer service to. Do not confuse this store with the other boost mobile store.
This store is beside the food lion ,the other crappy store is on 460 heading toward Blacksburg .

Customer service dude that helped us was amazing at his job. Love the phones and has service in giles county and surrounding areas
