Vonna, store manager, was outstanding with her willingness to help to solve my problem. Prior to talking to her I had been dealing with 7 or 8 people at customer service with no one solving the situation.

Vonna knocked it out of the park! 2 months of runaround, after a death, solved. She made my problem, her problem all the while teaching her employees "Customer Service." Thank you Vonna! With that said, stay away from Brandon (store manager) and the Bayshore location. They are absolutely useless!

Vonna and Shanna and a woman they were training were absolutely wonderful to work with. They all knew their stuff and provided exceptional customer service!

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Vonna and Adriana took care of us today. They where able to cut our bill almost in half. Took so much time and effort working on all the issues we had on our account. These ladies need a raise!! Absolutely wonderful people!! Thank you again for your services today and all the help!

Best customer service experience I’ve had and a very long time! Shanna and the rest of the staff at T-Mobile were extremely knowledgeable and helped me upgrade my phone getting the best deal possible. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for 17 years and this is some of the best customer service I’ve received during my time with T-Mobile.

My husband and I had a great experience at this T-Mobile store yesterday. Isaiah (store manager) and Laurie did an excellent job walking us through our plan and phone options and helped to get my husband's phone number ported over from his employer. They took the time to make sure our new phones were properly set up and data transferred from the old phones. We are both happy new T-Mobile customers!

Went in last week to get 2 new phones and internet and Ali the manager got me in and out super quickly! Which is very impressive. He was very friendly. I highly recommend this store and the team there. Thank you so much :)

The store manager really cares about the customer experience. He is very knowledgeable and is diligent in training the staff to be professional, courteous and skilled. They provided information on accessories and plan features without high-pressure tactics. This store deserves a 6-star rating.

Jackson and Iris were amazing! They provided great friendly service and offered me shelter during a tornado.
I unfortunately ended up dying on my way home regardless because of a wreckless driver but came back from the beyond just to write this review of what a great experience they provided during my visit!

Not only did they help me but their genuine customer service was the best! 10 stars if possible. Greeted promptly by store staff despite them being busy, I was acknowledged. T-Mobil knows how to hire the right people. Also, no pressure in add-on sales. I inquired about internet and it was all benefits, no sales. 10/10. Vonna and Shanna, they are absolutely great at this location, they helped me with everything I need and more. I’m definitely coming to this location for future purchases, they answered every question I had! Awesome people!

The staff is extra cool. Very helpful & informative. Adriana is the one that usually helps me when I pay my bill in person.
