La Madeleine

I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere and the friendly service. When I walked in, I saw the menus right by the door, but I wasn't sure if I could pick where to sit or if someone would seat me. After figuring it out, I liked that they had both regular tables and booths against the wall. You have to wait in line, grab a tray, and order your food. Depending on what you order, they either give it to you right there or give you a number to take to your table.

One thing I really liked was how they served the mimosa. Instead of just giving me a pre-made drink, they gave me a glass, a little bottle of champagne, and a small jar of orange juice so I could mix it myself. It felt special.

The menu had a lot of choices, and We ended up getting pasta and crepes for lunch. Both were really tasty, and the portion sizes were just right.

I also liked that they had a coffee station where you could help yourself, and they even had free bread with different jams for everyone.

Upon entering the Cafe there are no instructions on how or where to order. If you eat in you have to approach the cafeteria style line. This part was a bit confusing.

After you order it's easy. Self serve drinks, but the food is delivered to your table. Food was good. Wonderful flavors and no shortage of meat in the croissants!

This is a great place! The staff made a few mistakes with our food, but were very quick to fix them. Plus, they gave us free food and a great attitude towards everything. Outstanding restaurant!

Highly recommend! Came the first day they opened— all of the staff are so warm and welcoming! I had a caramel macchiato (sweet!) and a Cherry danish. (flaky- AH amazing!) My husband got a fresh fruit tart and my dad got a cappuccino and the chocolate cake. We’re super happy with the results ☺

The atmosphere was very cozy to begin with. A must try is the chicken Cordon Blue Pasta. It was very delicious. The Turkey Bistro Sandwich was also very good.

I've been here several times and have always had a good experience. Workers are pleasant and the food is good. My favorite is ending meals with a caramel macchiato and pain au chocolat.

Customer service is amazing! We did a takeout order tonight and when we got home realized our dessert was missing. We called, and the woman who answered was so nice and so concerned. We went back to grab the piece of cake and again the staff was so apologetic. Not only did they give us an additional free dessert right there on the spot but also gave us 2 free entree vouchers to use on a future night. It was unnecessary but so appreciated. In todays world it seems customer service is really struggling, but the staff at La Madeleine went above and beyond. As far as food goes, their desserts were absolutely divine. We also loved the sandwiches we tried. Highly recommend you give this place a shot!

We just finished eating dinner here and wanted to give a huge shout out to one of the staff members named Maria. She was very friendly, attentive and stayed busy whole time. Was really nice knowing if we needed anything she was just a few steps away. Everyone behind the counter was very nice and friendly too.

I am a coffee snob and don't normally like a dark roast due to people over heating it making it extremely bitter when drank plain. But their French roast is MARVELOUS. I also had the French onion soup and I'll definitely be back.

Clean location. The crew were so friendly. The coffee was in the right temperature. A nice break in the evening traffic

Very excited to have a La Madeline in Conroe area now! Lots of different options to try on their menu and a friendly, helpful staff. We ate on the patio a few times now and service was still great. Inside is a comfy atmosphere.

The food was great! the location is awesome for a date or a quick bite! the manager was so pleasant to chat with as well.

The orange juice and the Blueberry Cream Cheese Crepes were fantastic!

Super cute new place I'm conroe would recommend trying them out.

Cute cafe with delicious desserts! We enjoyed everything that we had. The absolute best was the creme brulee!!
