I've always had good insurance companies for my needs, but Cobos is by far the best. I started with Maryellen Alan before that agency merged with Cobos and the service was absolutely impeccable. And it was a rather complicated coverage worth over $1 million. Once Maryellen moved to Cobos, I followed her because of the original experience. Of course, the service was just as great. But this time I spoke with several young ladies employed at Cobos Insurance who were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Nationwide Insurance was my first company I used since I came here, and we were together for 42 years. I won't be around that long, but I know that my son will continue with Maryellen and Cobos for many, many years to come.

Goes above and beyond to get you the best plan. But all staff are very good and kind! Which says a lot for this company! I recommend them to anyone! Have had them for as long as I remember!!

This insurance company goes above and beyond. Not only are they attentive, prompt and very responsive to any need, they are also persunable and genuinely care. They are local and make me feel very valued as a client. They were awesome with my late fathers life insurance, very empathetic. Their car insurance rates cannot be beaten!!! They make me feel as they want my business and work to protect me. They write hand written thank you notes for doing business with them!! Any email/text/phone call is returned/responded too immediately. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. If you aren't with them now then you are losing out....if you have family/friends send them this way...they will thank you!!! Hands down the best customer and overall service I have gotten in a hot minute. Thank you for being my insurance company!!!!

Mary Ellen Allen handled the transition from home owners insurance to a rental one in a very efficient and timely fashion. The transition was completed in one day to my satisfaction.
