Staples on Daniels in Winter Garden. Very friendly staff. They recicle the empty printer cartridges and give you a $2 credit to your rewards account. Their App is called Staples Connect which give you access to digital coupons, access to hot deals and much more. They also take passport photos and have a copy and print Center.

I am so happy to have a Staples nearby! I went the other day and the person at the UPS counter was amazing (I don't know her name, but it was 11/27/23 at 8:30pm). Also, a staff member named EDEN went above and beyond to assist me and my son. She was professional and gave outstanding customer service! That is the kind of service that keeps me coming back. :)

It’s always nice to experience good customer service, but Kimberly is beyond that. She got me out of a bind and genuinely cared about my situation. She was helpful, exuded friendliness, and is the type of person anyone would be lucky to cross paths with; let alone have as an employee. Thank you for having people like her - you’ve made a lifelong loyalist!

This man is a walking, living angel. Our banners didn’t make it to Orlando from London and this amazing man sorted us out with new banners in less than 12 hours from asking for it. ON A SUNDAY THAT FOLLOWED ONTO A PUBLIC HOLIDAY. I could not contain my gratitude and had to give him a massive hug.

We had some questions on Staples app/Staples Connect and David one of the managers was outstanding. His customer service not only while helping us but also another couple that had questions on a office chair was really good multitasking and everyone left with a purchase and felt really good in our experience. Kudos, the team there was busy with back to school and on a weekend but they did a great job.

Myrna is definitely the best associate in the store. She is extremely helpfully, polyglot (speaks English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese).
I highly recommend this store if you would like to have the service done with a great customer service.

David in customer service was wonderful. my laptop completely crashed out of no where and he helped me to put in a claim, send it off, and back up my data all while being the only person working the registers with no backup and a line of people to check out. he kept apologizing for having to stop and help other guests and took as much time with me as possible and was so patient and helpful. he made sure everything happened while i was there and was just wonderful in a very stressful time.

I walked in, confused. Kimberly came out from the counter and helped with everything. She spent about 30 minutes helping me scan and copy. And was so sweet about it. She’s a great asset to that store.

We just ordered yard sale signs for our community. Jackson walked me through the process on their computer. He was juggling 8 people. Jackson needs a raise or a great bonus. Another person was there and not sure what she was doing. He was running around giving the best customer service. Thank you Jackson. I actually met his boss and wanted to officially do a review to help Jackson. It’s hard to find people working hard. Jackson is a keeper and he’s only been there 4 months. Thanks Jackson.

I came in to Staples today with a rather large project. Kimberly went above and Bert beyond out of her way to help me also while helping everyone else in the store, what a gem it was working with her today five stars all day.

Over the top incredible customer service! In the past I have been impressed overall but today was amazing! When shopping last night our daughter left behind a very small pink bunny. Of all the ones she could have lost of course it was the HANDMADE bunny from a precious family member! (Lesson learned, no stuffies come out of the car) I called this morning and they kindly looked for it with no luck. We came in and tried to find it ourselves with no luck. Tammy at the register was very understanding and sympathetic and took my number and promised to call if they found it. The employees went out of their way to search the store and found it! Tammy called me personally and was so encouraging to my daughter when we came to get it. So major shout out to everyone at Staples for going WAY out of their way to help my family and save the day today. You are THE best!

This store is located at Winter Garden Village. Easy free parking. Very pleasant experience with kind, helpful and great Costumer Service.
